First class service from the team at Fiskor. After a “glitch” with their credit card service my card payment was returned to my Mastercard within 48 hours. Alex, a senior manager, telephoned me to advise of the glitch and what immediate actions he had taken to rectify it. Excellent. I then reordered my purchase, on a Saturday, and barbecue despatched on the Monday. I wish all retailers were so attentive to their customers as Fiskor are.

Scam website don’t buy

All I can say is Scam Scam save your money don’t bother with Fiskor goods don’t arrive

Appears to be a scam. Ordered a Weber bbq and after a week got an email saying there was a delay and to wait another week. Then got a bizarre email a few days later saying that their bank had refunded all orders due to a technical issue including mine even though i ordered it two weeks ago but that the refund would take 7-10 days. Reading other reviews it would seem that I have been victim of a scam website or a very unscrupulous seller. Have now charged the payment back to the seller with my bank.

Scam, recommend you raising reimbursement from bank immediately!
Customer service is mobile number and clearly not a uk company, scam is to take your money and delay/stall you from processing reimbursement.
Warning no product will arrive!

Recently I had an OPPORTUNITY yes you read it correct, it was an absolute OPPORTUNITY to buy Fox 100lbs Brushless motor 24V and it costed me about £797.28 including taxes. And guess what it got delivered to me in 48 hours and that also at much cheaper price compare to any other company or site out there. I’m so glad that I came across this amazing company. This is just a re-hashed website of the scam company 'Finangler', using the exact same content, just with a different address and company number. If you do a google search for 'Finangler' you'll find there's still links to it buried within the 'Fiskor' website!

Finangler was a fake website that existed for about a year, took people's money, provided no goods, and then disappeared a few weeks ago - the same people have just created the same website under a different name, clearly in an attempt to try the same trick.

Please look up Finangler on Trustpilot if in any doubt, and look up both companies on Companies House.
