My car was with them far too long
My car was with them far too long , and came back covered in bird droppings, but was told it was washed before o got it back .
Wouldn’t recommend!

I’m terribly sorry you have not had a enjoyable experience as your vehicle was with us for longer than initially expected due to Workshop staff having to isolate for track and track as per government mandates. We were also awaiting parts to arrive from the dealer which the dealer could not provide an ETA on. This is why your key to key time was 26 days and I apologise but these difficulties were out with our control I'm afraid.
In regards to the Bird droppings these must have happened when the driver was delivering your vehicle back as all vehicles are washed prior to leaving and photographed for Insurance.
We will take on board the feedback.

Flawless Repairs...
From start to finish the staff were great. My car was collected from my home and returned when the repairs were completed. Door to Door service for me is a blessing as i am disabled. The paintwork and alloy repairs were flawless, now my Mini Cooper looks fab again. Thanks Guys. x x

Overall a very positive experience
Overall a very positive experience. The repair maybe took a little linger to complete than I would have expected, and It would have been nice to have received a couple more personal update calls along the way.

Top class...
Absolute top class work done by fix auto. Initially, I was annoyed they had my class for so long (it was over the easter holidays to be fair) however it was totally worth it to see how brand new my car looked. They also gave my car a cracking looking valet.
Also, the man at the customer service desk was lovely. We were waiting as he was dealing with another customer and my daughter whispered to me to ask for a drink which I never had. He stopped what he was doing and disappeared around the back for a second and came back with diluting juice for my daughter who was delighted.
As said, top class customer service both in mannerisms and performance.

Fantastic Company
My insurance company sent my car to Fix Auto Ayr to be sorted after I smashed it into the back of a van! I am really glad they did use this company though. I had never heard of them before but will 100% use them again in the future if I ever need to (hopefully not though!) Anyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful and couldn't do enough for me. They kept me updated throughout the repairs and were quick to answer any queries or concerns I had. The finished job was brilliant. Can't complain about a single thing. Would absolutely recommend.
