Great service. Needed a new screen for my Sense watch. Posted it on a Monday, got confirmation it could be repaired the next day. Screen replaced and took delivery on the Friday the same week. Looks like new.

The communication was efficient, the repair was quick, the screen looks brand new. I was really please with the work done on my Fitbit Versa3.
It's just a pity that we can't get the watch to be send to Europe only in UK that's why I put 4 stars.

Really attentive and great customer service. Unfortunately my watch wasn't fixable but they kept me updated, answered any questions and replied to my emails really quickly - and offered me a full refund when it transpired it couldn't be fixed. Definitely would recommend!

After Googling various options I ordered a new strap on line, from the selection available. It was reasonably priced and arrived within a few days-so a hassle free process and I would use them again.

I couldn't find good service in Ireland, so decided to send my Fitbit and the service was great. There was good email contact from the beginnin and throughout all service, easy to pay, I was informed about everything, offered protector for the watch, shipping options etc. I’m really pleased with the work done, my watch was badly damaged but it's like new now! I would happily recommend this 5star service!

I was really nervous about sending my Fitbit off, but actually it was a really good service. There was good contact from the moment I enquired for my quote, it was easy to send off, easy to pay, I was informed it had arrived and when it was on its way back. I’m really pleased with the work done - the screen had fallen off my Fitbit and I wouldn’t even know there had been a problem now!
