Hidden cancellation button and unauthorised charge
I would like to emphasise that the company’s actions have created substantial reputational, legal, and financial risks for their own business.
To make the situation clear: the option to cancel the subscription was completely hidden in the interface before the payment was taken, making it impossible for the user to opt out in advance. The charge was then withdrawn from my card without any visible way to stop it. Immediately after the money had been taken, the “Cancel Subscription” button suddenly appeared — despite being inaccessible only moments before.
This sequence of events raises very serious concerns regarding the integrity and transparency of the company’s business practices. I sincerely expect that the competent authorities will review these methods from a legal standpoint, and that the market will deliver its own economic assessment. In the long term, such behaviour inevitably results in losses and a profound erosion of user trust.
