I spoke with Eve, she was brilliant and very clear at explaining everything. We managed to get myself insured and hoping to carry on with The same company for next year.

It was lovely to speak with Lily. She was excellent in her explanations and very professional in helping me resolve my issues. I’m very appreciative.

I would like to recognise a couple of team members from the finance team. Lilian was amazing over the phone and was beyond helpful.

My direct debit bounced back due to a technical issue with my bank, called to inform them of the issue and didn't want any extra charges being applied onto the monthly payment, Will answered my call and was really helpful and rectified the issue without any hesitation and offered support if I required but as mentioned it was an bank error, I thank Will for resolving my issue and was really helpful, kind and supportive, thank you Will!

I Have Spoken to Sharon from the customer’s service department this morning. She was very patient, kind and very pleasant during my conversation with her. She answered all my queries very politely & patient. She has the best customer service skills I have ever come across.

I have been with Flag Insurance for last 11 years and have always received great service. Unfortunately, now I have to move to another insurer due to a lower price. As I now only work 6–8 days a month as a taxi driver, I cannot afford the renewal premium. I had hoped there would be some flexibility or loyalty discount after 11 years but unfortunately that was not possible. I am disappointed to leave but I have no other choice. Thank you for your service over the years.

Bought policy even driving car from few days now they want me to send proof of purchase and it's 3rd time they are asking to provide some more information looks like they make money by giving policy then cancelling it and keeping their lovely and new administration fee or whatever scam it is, acorn, heaven or flag god knows which one is this asking for details threatening with cancellation but once you submit documents they don't even reply and let you know that your documents are received approved or anything so hassle buying policy through flag insurance broker and their staff knows nothing at all, I was with zego for 3 years no issue at all everything in one app so easy and stress free shouldn't go for few pound cheaper policy, god knows what they gonna say next now

Had to call Flag to verbally sort insurance as I did things online, spoke to Claire today and OMG what a fantastic help. She sorted all things out for me that I had no clue what to do. Fantastic help and great personality, had a good laugh as well. Thank you, here to many years of cover.
