Was given flag as a possible insurance…
Was given flag as a possible insurance agent to my normal one due to being competitive. Only issue I had was the lengthy waiting time to actually speak to an agent. On 3 separate occasions it took over 12 minutes to speak to someone. Once contact made though, insurance quote was competitive and I'm now insured for another year.

customer service
i'm writing this review on behalf of my dad who was really happy with the customer service he received from melody, he is not very good with computers and miss melody stayed on the phone with him for nearly an hour helping him with his no claims bonus letter and printing his documents. she was very patient and soft spoken with him and he was touched by her kindness and wanted to say thank you and that he is very happy with the customer service.
