Helpful to say the least.
Thank you Leola!

I have been using Sandra Raw at Flight Centre for at least 7 years now, she has been exceptional. I have had a stroke and have Ménière’s disease which makes travel extremely unpredictable for me. She has never complained, or refused to change a flight and there have been numerous changes. Sandra, you deserve a huge thank you from me. I am thankful for meeting you so many years ago when I did my first experience with flight center.
I can only recommend Sandra.

Hester was super helpful, extremely prompt with service delivery. The whole task as per my request was executed flawlessly. Absolutely amazing. She is by far an extraordinary asset to the company.

We have been dealing with Lizeth du Preez for the past couple of years and find that once you give Lizeth the dates and destination,s one can just sit back and relax.
I know that I will get proffessional advice and that I do not have to worry about the slightest little problem.
My wife and I are so happy with Lizeth proffessional and mature dealings that we will definately not use another agent as long as we are healthy and able to travel.
Just to mention that we travel to Zimbabwe,Australia and Canada.
Thank you very much Lizeth. You are making flight centre proud.

I recently had the pleasure of booking my travel arrangements through Flight Centre Independent and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the initial consultation to the final booking, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

Carmen, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and attentive.
She took the time to understand my preferences, concerns and budget and she made excellent recommendations.

What stood out the most was the personalized service, Carmen made sure I was informed at every step of the way, offering helpful tips for navigating my travel experience.

I appreciated the 24/7 support that was available, it gave me peace of mind knowing that if anything went wrong, I had someone to assist me.

I highly recommend Carmen if you looking to plan a vacation without the usual stress, Carmen offers a high level of service that truly goes above and beyond, and I will definitely be using them for my future travels!

Pieter Pienaar: do not wait contact him he is a 20 plus STAR consultant 24/ 7 everyday for travel world wide and follows you from Departure to despatch Kevin And Tess

Always a pleasure to dealing with Debra Borella when having to make travel arrangements. Give good advice and looking after our interests and convenience.

I used Carmen Coetzee to assist me with my family holiday trip and I HIGHLY recommend using her services. She was extremely helpful, patient and accommodative as I changed my mind a few times on the destination as well as the number of people on the trip...this meant she needed to provide me with various quotes and suggestions. She did all that without complaining. Once my mind was made up, she arranged the entire trip from A-Z with no hiccups...everything went smoothly. Even though she was on holiday herself, she was a call/text away if we needed her for anything. I will surely use her services again.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Carmen Coetze and the exceptional service she provided throughout our travel planning process. From start to finish, Carmen was always available to answer any questions, offering prompt and thoughtful responses. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make the best decisions about our resort options. Her knowledge of the resorts and the various packages available was invaluable, and her thoroughness in providing additional details made our experience seamless. Carmen truly made the entire process enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for her guidance and expertise. She is a true asset, and we look forward to working with her again in the future!

Melinda provided us with great service! She is responsive and provided the quotes in a very short turnaround time. We will definitely use her again!!

Great service from Bernadette once again !!

I cannot recommend Manja highly enough. Her customer service and attention to detail is awesome. Manja has been booking our overseas flights since 2014 and I will not book flights with anyone else. 5 star service 👌

Manya Myburgh scores the highest praise for excellence from the enquiry to the execution, the matter was of a delicate nature and demanded a lot of email communication and she answered every email all hours of the day. Thank you

Lital is an incredible agent that has gone above and beyond to help us create the perfect honeymoon trip to Thailand for us. She helped plan multiple scenarios until it met our exact needs. She took the time to really get to know us to find us the accommodation that worked for us. I could not recommend her more highly. She is by far the best agent I have ever used.
