Megan is next level!
Megan has been doing my trips for a few years now. She is gifted. I am too busy to do bookings but consider myself a difficult customer. She understands my goals in a few words and takes care off the job (even when times get rough)! Doing exactly what I was thinking but forgot to tell her..... Could be my private secretary!!

Pieter Pienaar for the win
Pieter Pienaar came to my assistance with tons of useful advice and guidance with some complex travel plans. He responds to queries quickly and managed the booking process as well as checking in for me prior to my flights. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He will be handling all my flight bookings in the future, I highly recommend him.

Incredible, hands on service
Marise Saayman has been incredibly helpful and has gone over and above to provide me and my company with the kind of service we really need when organising complex travel arrangements. She's always available and has got me out of tricky travel situations, sitting on the other side of the world, getting me home when I needed to.
I would highly recommend her to help you from a personal travel and business travel perspective.

Another well planned holiday
My husband and I have always booked our trips with Carmen. This time we were a group of 9 including kids travelling to Mauritius.
Carmen Coetzee was great and attended to each individuals specific needs.

Travel agent that can handle a crisis
I had an accident a month before my travels which resulted in postponing my travels. Lizeth stepped in and handled all necessary arrangements to postpone my original traveling plans. This involved rescheduling multiple flights and accommodations. Despite the complexities of rebooking she ensured that every detail was attended to smoothly and accurately. She managed every detail of the situation with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency, making a challenging time significantly easier.

Flight Centre Cat Stewart
I always use Catharina Stewart (Cat) for all our travel requirements. Cat is always very efficient and professional. She is also very patient if we have to refer back to her for any changes to our bookings etc.
