I recently booked a trip with Bernadette Terblanche (FCI East Rand) and I was blown away by her brilliant service levels and dedication form start to finish. She stayed in contact from start to finish, sent confirmation of flights, proof of bookings, booked the flight seats, sent the hotel our special requests, made sure that the whole process was streamlined and any issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. She is truely an asset to Flight centre and someone who goes way more than the extra mile. I cannot heap enough praise and thankfulness on her. What a lady!!

Can't Go Wrong with Catharina Stewart
Travel made easy is the quickest way to describe my holiday experience guided by Catharina.
Catharina was friendly, insightful and incredibly helpful.
She was involved in the holiday from the beginning to the end, and everywhere in between.
Her knowledge helped guide me to the best holiday choice out the gate and from this point forward She set up the most stress free holiday possible.
Everything was planned out and there was someone at every step setup to guide/aid me through the holiday effortlessly.
Throughout this process she was a text or call away with quick responses and quick resolutions to any problems.
Would highly recommend Catharina to anyone but particular novice travelers.
Traveling under her guidance makes everything a lot less daunting and stress free.

Todate the booking of the flights was good.
Payment was all OK.
I was surprised to see even seats could be booked so far in advance.
I could not do this through the Airline web sites.
