Προσοχή! Έστειλα λειτουργικό MacBook με μια γραμμή και μου το επέστρεψαν με δύο γραμμές και νεκρό πληκτρολόγιο. Αρνούνται την ευθύνη και ζητούν 171€ για να το φτιάξουν. Η υπόθεση είναι στον Συνήγορο του Καταναλωτή (4522/2026).

I bought an iPhone 15 pro last summer, excellent condition. Front facing camera was damaged and the top back camera was shipped with debris from behind the lens. Contacted support demanding for a new replacement device and got the most basic response. They asked me to ship the device to them and have their technicians evaluate the situation, a process that could take a month… Bare in mind I have no spare phone and they do not offer a temporary replacement so I’m stuck with a broken phone I paid almost 1k euros for… DO NOT TRUST THEM

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max and selected ‘ excellent condition’. The phone arrived in excellent condition and 100% battery. BUT after 1 week the screen began lifting so it seems that the adhesive glue isn’t holding the screen in place and it moves when you touch it. The battery isn’t genuine and the camera has been changed as well (camera is genuine). So I am pretty mad with the situation. I tried contacting them but they only use chat and they don’t give you a phone number to call. Now I have to send it back and wait for it to be fixed… Very very disappointed

An iPhone 11 bought last year, of course refurbished. The back of the phone was breaking all the time with a small fall from 10 cm of the ground, of course with a protective case. I tried to call them but no solution to the problem . The phone was totally refurbished, the battery, the screen, the frame , everything. Lost money.

They are not to be trusted. I sent them a phone to buy, and they decided not to buy it. This is a huge risk, so do not do it. They never mentioned that they do not buy phones that are unlocked, but from the USA. To make things worse, they kept the box, and as a result, I will not be able to get a full value when I try to resell. Avoid them at all costs. I have all the emails and video correspondence to prove so.

I sent my phone there four times due to the battery not functioning,the first three times they supposedly repaired the battery but the fourth time I asked to change the battery or give us a new phone,which they gave us a new phone but after a few weeks the battery and the phone weren't functioning again.We had to change the battery with our own money.

I ordered a phone listed as "like new." The battery health of the phone with its original battery was shown on the Flip website as 91–100%. Nevertheless, I requested the installation of a new battery and was charged an additional €44.99. After conducting checks, I found that the battery was not new but used (battery health was 91% or 87%, depending on the benchmark test).

[Do mind that I've written this review about the Rejoy company (Flip in Hungary), that is basically the Filp company just on an another name. My phone has gone through Flip.ro's services tho. And Flip is the same service with the same stock in every country it is present in. (AKA you can buy a Hungarian's phone in Greece.)]

Bought a Samsung S23 Ultra in the "as good as new"
condition and it was like I was the one who first had this phone. No scratches, no damage at all. As they promised. Sameday delivered the package two days late, but it's not their fault (not like it was a hurry to get a new phone). Paying 250K Hungarian Forints for the phone instead of 500K-600K HUF is crazy.

People seem to have issues with Apple devices, but it is just about the fact that Apple is so locked reselling is a pain. I beilive it is just the right time to consider swithing to Android anyways.

I could not turn my old phone in because it is so old, but I expected this, no problem. (No one wants a 7 year old phone anyways.)

One thing they start to sell is other branded laptops (Samsung for example!). Same goes for watches. They should also mention that your phone may come from another country (because they are a part of the "Flip" company, they are just named "Rejoy" here), because my phone sometimes (1 in a 1000 times) shows up a little bit of Romanian (country where it came from via Flip) or French (assambled or first sold there) text. Afterall I'll probably buy my next phone from here 4-6 years later.

In my case i bought a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max, it came in 4 days from Romania to Greece in excellent condition with 100% battery capacity, on their site you can select the quality of the phone and they show you real images of the phone, VFM recommend 100%

I made a purchase on flip which was my huawei p60 pro and i was really surprised in what a good condition it came! i ordered mine in the condition "like new" and it actually arrived like it was brand new! i also ordered and iphone xs with a new battery in the condition "great" and it arrived with a 100% battery health with no warnings and the phone felt like brand new even in this condition!

BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW FLIP.GR AND HAD ZERO REVIEWS, I MADE THE ORDER TO BE PAID ON DELIVERY. IT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT I COULD INSPECT THE PHONE AND IN CASE I DID NOT LIKE IT, I COULD IMMEDIATELY RETURN IT.
1. THE COURIER REFUSED TO OPEN THE PARCEL BECAUSE THERE WERE NOT ANY RELEVANT GUIDELINES.
2. I COULD NOT PAY BY CARD. THEY DEMAND CASH.
3. THE COURIER TOLD ME THAT IN CASE I PAY CASH AND IT IS A SCAM THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO.
I LOST A WHOLE WEEK WAITING AND GOT VERY FRUSTRATED WITH ALL INCONVENIENCES I HAD TO COME THROUGH WITH THE COURIER, THE WAITING TIME WITH FLIP.GR COMMUNICATIONS E.T.C.THAT WERE ALL FLIP.GR'S MISTAKES.
IN THEIR EMAILS THEY NEVER CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE.
BE CAREFUL! I TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND IT
