Flipflopshop Avis 

I really like flip flop and have been buying for years from different companies and the size is not as good or true as it was
The flip flop I have kept as they won’t be worn for long periods however I have this last two months ordered 10 different styles most leather and couple not and the size is not as long as it used to be the 7 is too big as it should I am always a size 6 shame as I wanted more fit flop styles but now it won’t be happening

This is the third pair of fit flop Lulu that have lasted no longer than 6 months without toe post detachment.
For the price that's not really good value for money and also very dangerous when happens on stairs

My flip flops arrived super quick but I had to return as they weren't quite right.Ordered a different pair and they too arrived very quickly.
I was a but confused as I returned the flip flops to Shore and am awaiting a refund
Will update when I receive a refund.
I must add a very good price for their flip flops.I ordered Reef as I have been so pleased with this brand in the past

Great service quick delivery

Shearling slippers - I got in touch with customer service as I was unhappy that my slippers had bald patches after just over 2 months of wear. The response was - normal wear and tear. I paid over £100 for these slippers and they have bald patches and look unsightly. Not impressed.

My havianas did not arrive unfortunately. I waited over a week and contacted the company. A very nice man called me and sent some new ones out straight away. Communication was quick and professional. I do think it was the courier company that was the problem not the flip flop shop. Overall resolved quickly. Thank you.
