Great experience and deal! Furnished short to long term rentals with utilities included, and great rent deals. Zulal was especially wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.
My overall experience was pretty good and smooth with the fllat team. The location was great for me to commute, the building was safe and the team was very friendly and attentive.

Perfect Experience
I visited the NY location. Knowing that Times Square is within a 5-minute walk from you is exceptional! Amazing location in NYC. Even though the building is old, it is renovated professionally, and the great staff there helps you with any questions you have.
I highly recommend it here if you want to have a memorable stay during your visit to this gorgeous city. 🌆

I honestly had such a great experience here. From the start, the move-in process was super smooth and easy. My roommates were amazing, which made the experience even better, and the pricing felt very fair. Getting my deposit back without any problems was the cherry on top. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to others.

I’ll highly recommend getting accommodation through fllat. Had the best experience, all luxury amenities, super quick maintenance and super easy move-in. Husyar was my contact @fllat and made it very easy for the initial documentation.

Great apartment with nice roommates
I've been really happy with my experience living here. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need. The space is comfortable and functional, which makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.
What really makes the difference though are the roommates – everyone is friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. It's been great having people around who are considerate and create a positive living environment. The whole vibe of the place just works.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a solid living situation. It's been a great experience so far and I'm glad I ended up here.

⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM Flat.com or Agent “Ciara”
This company is a scam. We signed a lease through Fllat.com, stayed current on all payments, and provided everything required. Suddenly, they voided our lease without notice because they fell into bad standing with the apartment complex.
As a result, my daughter—a college student—was abruptly forced to move out, and I had to travel back to New Orleans to help her relocate.
Here’s what you need to know:
They collect your payments but do NOT pay the apartment complex, which can lead to eviction.
They will cancel your lease without warning, even if you’re fully paid up.
There are clear signs of fraudulent activity.
If you see any listings from Fllat.com, Padsplit, Square Room, or any platform under their name, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Avoid this company and the agent “Ciara” at all costs.
Protect yourself—find another way to rent a room.

Hello! We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the building management decided to cancel our contract with them due to confidential reasons, which was completely out of our hands. However, we did send an eviction notice to all tenants one month prior to the move-out date and sent multiple announcements within that month to remind everyone, providing enough time to find alternative accommodations. Additionally, based on our investigation, the rent was not fully paid, as we only received payments from Rent 1 through Rent 5. We will not be refunding the security deposit fee because the 6th rent payment was never completed. For further information regarding this matter, please reach out directly to our customer support team instead of contacting our local coordinator.
