Floks  Avis

I knew this pillow would work for me as soon as I put my head on it, even though slightly firmer than expected. Order and delivery all smooth and quick.

Lovely feeling eye mask. Light cool and a good size.

Product is gorgeous- comfortable and very high quality.

Found Floks via a review posted on another website.

After reading Floks company backstory i decided to make contact.
Sara was most helpful and i felt informed enough to make a purchase.

My médium pillow arrived within 2 days.
All I can say is how well rested I feel since last week Thursday.
My neck and shoulder pain seem to have lessened.

The quality of this product is luxurious and comes in its own storage bag.
Definitely good value for money.
I’ve recommended Floks to a friend who is hoping to make a purchase she’s just waiting for my feedback.

My pillow is in it’s trial period but I already know I won’t be returning it:)!

Thanks Floks

Long term review. I’ve had 2 floks pillows now, the original sealed and the newer zipped case version. Both are incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Initially they are soft and plump but unfortunately over time they go flat and separate in the middle. The layers compress under weight and never really regain the soft bounce they initially had. I’ve tried all the daily plumbing and putting out in sun but they are never the same. Great pillows but flatten and separate too quickly.

Excellent customer support. High quality product. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Bed not due for delivery but I have twice been asked to review it

Such a lovely shop and customer service. The lady was super helpful regarding my questions and what I wanted.

Quick, helpful service

There are moments in lives when buying something special makes a difference. This is one.
The delivery would of been fantastic but waiting for a courier who didn't arrive was truly disappointing. However the delivery company despite difficulty in contacting them, did get my Flock delivery traced and to me. Putting it right.

I can genuinely say, without exaggeration, that these are the best pillows and duvet I have ever owned.

I recently moved to Scotland and arrived in a completely empty flat, so the pillows and duvet were among the very first things I bought. It turned out to be one of the best purchases I could have made.

Every time I get into bed, it honestly feels like sleeping on a cloud. The duvet somehow wraps around you in the most comfortable way, without feeling heavy, and I find myself falling asleep within minutes. I sleep incredibly well and wake up feeling properly rested.

The pillows are just as comfortable, and together they have made my bed feel unbelievably cosy, which is especially appreciated in Scotland!

I love them so much that I’m already planning my next purchase, including a mattress. An absolutely brilliant find and something I would happily recommend.

Expensive but worth it! Great product and easy delivery.

I’m very happy with this wool pillow. It’s extremely comfortable, provides great support, and keeps its shape really well throughout the night. I especially love that it’s filled with natural wool — you can really feel the quality, and it feels so much better than synthetic pillows I’ve used before.

If you like a comfortable, supportive and good-quality pillow, I would definitely recommend it. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a medium pillow and a duvet set very pleased. I have been sleeping really well. Very helpful knowledgable lady who helped me with my purchase. Thank you glad i found your products.

Very friendly assistant who explained the difference between the items I was looking for. The quality is first class, well made and I’m looking forward to using it when the weather cools down.

Excellent quality product and excellent customer service with a rare personal touch!

I ordered two woollen duvets from Floks, after regularly suffering with overheating in the night as a result of perimenopause symptoms with my previous duvets (which were synthetic). I am allergic to feathers, so can’t use duvets made with down. So I thought I would try a wool duvet.

So glad I did as what Floks say about wool’s wicking properties I have found to be absolutely true! I am finding I wake up less sweaty in the morning, and am no longer waking up in the middle of the night due to overheating. I feel better slept and this has a positive impact through the day on my ability to concentrate. I was so pleased I bought a second duvet for the home.

I did email Floks, as I wasn’t entirely happy with the manner of the delivery (I got each duvet fine, but both times it was left outside the property in a rather wide interpretation of the “front porch” as a “safe place”). I also didn’t receive the free gift promised at the point of purchase. They were so understanding and keen to rectify the situation on both counts. Emailing them felt like having a genuine conversation with someone trying to help, rather than receiving formulaic stock responses which may or may not be followed up with the appropriate actions. Good as their word, they sent the free gift complete with an apologetic handwritten note, which was not necessary, but was a nice touch which I appreciated.

I was delighted to discover such a great product and especially to know that I am supporting UK farmers by buying it, as well as knowing that it will ultimately biodegrade, and so won’t harm the environment at the end of its life, whilst the plastic-free packaging and manufacture within the UK makes its production and distribution less environmentally damaging too than would be the case with many alternatives.

I would very happily buy from Floks again!!

Absolutely fabulous 'loft' within my cushions, which I've filled with Floks' beautiful English wool.

Love these pillows. I wish they also sold extra wool to bulk up the pillows if we want. Other than that great brand.

Initial contact with the company in Boroughbridge was fantastic. Great staff, informative and friendly.
Ordering was easy, the package arrived as expected. Well packed.
Most importantly.......the pillows are so comfortable
