Floks  Avis

Pillows are exceptional quality and so so comfy. Thank you floks for a supreme Pillow.

It is really comfortable, not 5 stars as I need to get used to the more dense structure of the quilt compared to feathers.

I have updated to 5 stars. Converted to the joy of wool

Great service and a very good product

Gorgeous bedding, such a comfortable mattress and high quality bedframe. Communication was fantastic - so responsive and helpful. We are so happy with our purchases. The delivery process for the bedframe and mattress was also excellent - all packaging removed and taken away. We can't recommend Floks highly enough!

Delivered quickly, securely and thoughtfully packages not just for delivery but for future storage.

I just received my Floks pillow pair this week and I'm so impressed with the quality. I had my initial concerns when thinking about wool with the smell etc., plus I've always been used to down, but these wool pillows are extremely comfortable and they are soft but still hold shape. My down pillow has been set to the side recently... Plus I like that this pair comes with a soft and a firmer pillow as I often like to switch up my pillow. These Floks pillows are a wonderful quiet luxury, definitely recommend!

Very happy with my purchase, the pillow is very comfortable.

Excellent products and great customer service

Lovely communication with the folks at Floks. My wool pillows arrived with a sweet sample of magnesium butter and have funded the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! Would love to buy everything that they make

did a lot of back and forth on what new pillows to get and really pleased that we ended up choosing floks. being able to adjust the amount of wool in my pillow to get the absolute perfect support for me has been a revelation!

I am very happy with this wool pillow!
The packaging was neat and secure, everything arrived in perfect condition — you can immediately see that the manufacturer cares about quality! The materials are natural and pleasant to the touch, and the overall craftsmanship feels truly premium.

The pillow holds its shape well while still being soft and comfortable to sleep on. I also appreciate how easy it is to care for: it’s simple to clean and doesn’t require any complicated maintenance.
The size is perfect and fits exactly as expected. And the light, natural wool scent is just wow — it gives a cozy feeling of a real, breathable material with no химical smell at all.

The quality is truly top-notch. I’m very satisfied with this purchase — sleeping on it is a pleasure!

I can’t praise these pillows enough. Pricey but well worth the money. Soft and comfortable plus my face and head seem to be cooler too and eyes are not as puffy. I like them so much that I have brought two more sets for other family members. My husband loves his set ( soft and medium).

Products, packaging, service all just beautiful.

I treated myself to a wool mattress topper, it’s so soft and comfortable and regulates my temperature overnight so well.

A lovely set of pillows. Feel great and sleeping so well now.

Excellent customer service, wonderful warm duvet.
I was already a convert to wool duvets; all the benefits of thermal regulation are real. I particularly like the weight of the duvets, far more substantial than down.
I bought the Winter plus duvet as I’ve moved into a cottage with stone floors and wood burners and it gets cold at night. The weather has been -6 outside, and about +6 indoors at night on occasion. The duvet has kept me toasty.
I had a couple of questions prior to purchase, mostly about the temperature and the team answered them all promptly. The duvet arrived within 24 hours. Very satisfied, quality is great and their choice of wool seems very well thought through. Would buy another summer season one when the time comes.

Love Floks. Love that they’re on my doorstep. Highly recommend. Love the new olive bedding. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic item which I have had my eye on for months. I went for the wool mattress topper and couldnt be happier. Thank you!

Great service and guidance offered from Floks. Staff took time to respond to my queries and were very helpful. Post was very quick.

The quality of materials and manufacture is superb, with real attention to detail. Would definitely purchase from Floks again.

Small, British businesses need support and this little company’s products are definitely worth investing in.
