Excellent service.
Paul and Tom came to lay our new carpet. When they arrived, they helped to move the last bits of heavy furniture. On finishing, after cleaning up behind themselves, they returned the heavy furniture back through to the living room.
Would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them!

Used this company before for a stair carpet did a great job.
Had my whole downstairs laminated blown away by such a good job.
No mess cleaned as they went very efficient and lovely people.
Thank you Tom Paul and Olivia will definitely be using you guys again.

Tom and Dave arrived to fit new kitchen flooring and they did an excellent job. The price was very good and they worked very hard. Very pleased and will use them again in the future.

From the first time I walked into the store, right up to the installation, service has been amazing. I originally spoke with Olley who provided me with great, no pressure service and support during my initial visit. I visited a week later where I then met Tom who provided a great solution to a challenging flooring area, which just reconfirmed to me that they knew what they were talking about! They were very accommodating with booking me in, as I had to get some work done to the floorboards prior to their visit.They recommended a joiner Leon from xl home maintenance who was great. I also appreciated that they offered to install over two days, to give me time to move my things from one room to another.
Great communication throughout - they called a week prior to installation to reconfirm and also called on day 1 of installation an hour before.
Olivia, Tom and Paul are a fab installation team. Knowledge, quick, efficient, great workmanship and just overall lovely people. I'm so happy with the end result. I will be recommending this company because they are great!!

Excellent service from end to end. Never had a floor done before so went to the shop to ask a load of questions. They were patient and clear, and very honest about the different price points. We'd had a leak under the existing floor so they arranged the fitting over 4 days to give it time to dry after they ripped it up. Olivia and Paul were excellent; efficient and friendly. The work is excellent quality. Would highly recommend.

First class service by Olivia, Tom and Paul. They arrive and take control of everything e.g removal of fridge freezers/ re-plumbing washing machines. They get on with job as soon as they arrive and work 💯 as a team. Not only is their work outstanding, but they tidy and clean up and dispose of all rubbish. We needed a new carpet quickly. Someone came to measure the same day and checked what wae wanted was in stock. Dave and Olivia came to fit it a few days later. They were great and very helpful with the furniture. Great service!

Impressive service from coming out to measure up, product choice in the shop with excellent advice regarding what carpet was best. We were very impressed by the choice of carpets and the advice given in store. Somebody came round the same day to measure and quote. Most impressive were Olivia and Paul who arrived punctually on a very snowy day and did an excellent job removing the old carpet and fitting the new one despite there being a very large and heavy bed in the room. We have had a lot of carpets fitted over 50 years of marriage but never before have the fitters brought their own vacuum cleaner and cleared up everywhere. Very polite, respectful and friendly service Thankyou.
