Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Purchased 3 boxes of flooring tiles from them in Jun-26. 2/3 boxes came in broken. Very challenging to get the refund back, only managed to receive a refund because reported it to my Bank and Financial Ombudsman. Otherwise, I would have been left without the tiles and the money altogether. Irresponsible supplier. Avoid it!

I came across flooring supplies after doing a lot of research about which LVT to purchase.
From the first phone call Dinusha was able to assist with my quotes and was patient with me when I wasn’t sure and had to keep going back and forth to my husband.
Dinusha was able to secure next day delivery for me for free and kept a paper trail open with me, so that I had confidence everything was getting done her end.
Great customer service, would highly recommend using them 👍🏼
