Great products and great customer service
Being able to receive free samples was great as it’s always difficult to tell how flooring will look based on pictures. I was confident that the flooring I ended up ordering would look great in my home. Irene from the sales department was a great help when ordering and was able to provide a discount and free delivery. I did have an issue with delivery, the system flagged it for collection rather than delivery. However the customer service team got back to me the next working day and arranged for next day delivery. Overall I’m very happy with my flooring and the service I received. I would definitely recommend flooring supplies to anyone looking at getting new flooring.

Very impressed with Flooring supplies. I ordered samples from 3 other suppliers. They took a week or more to arrive. Two of the suppliers charged me. The smallest sample cost me £13 with carriage.My Dads new cloakroom is an urgent job so I didnt really have time to wait for samples. I had chosen one, from one of the suppliers and decided to go round the flooring shops for a last look. I immediately came across the Moduleo Layred floor and decided to order. There were no samples to show my Dad so I ordered one from Flooring Supplies. It arrived the next day. I couldn’t believe it. The sample was more than twice the size so it gave us a better idea how it looked and the quality. It was much better quality than the one I’d chosen from a popular high street flooring chain. It looks very real compared to all the other suppliers samples. It was also free.i shall be using them again when I get my own kitchen floor done. Highly recommend the Moduleo LayRed floor and Flooring Supplies for their prompt service. Thank you. It’s due to be fitted tomorrow. Fingers crossed it looks as good as the sample.
Unfortunately I didn’t place my order with Flooring Supplies as I’d already ordered, but, I shall definitely order from them next time if the price is competitive. I was very impressed with their service.

Placed an order in June for a next day…
Placed an order in June for a next day delivery that did not arrive. When I subsequently enquired where the delivery was, I was informed that the product was out of stock until September. I needed that product so had to just wait. It has now arrived, but very dissapointed at the lack of information at the time. Communication throughout has been poor.
