Good service
Decent price and product well-protected and good presentation. Delivery took a little longer than expected but was on time. One star off for GDPR issue in how the carrier used a paper manifest with all customer details on display.

Great service - once again
This was my fourth major purchase with Flooring Supplies. I've used their solid oak flooring and engineered wood in one home, parquet (oak) in another, and now I've ordered 92sqm of Karndean LVT for my next (and hopefully final) home. The website is easy to navigate, with good illustrations of the products - making it easy to compare. They also provide helpful advice online and over the phone.
On the one occasion when there was a problem with the product they supplied, Steve Tidy was a great help getting it resolved.
Particular thanks to Casey this time, for all her help with this order, especially as it was my first time using LVT. Very reassuring to speak with.
