Awful Delivery Service & Customer Service
Product arrived late, I chose a specific date so I could start work over the bank holiday weekend and the day came & went without hearing any news of an attempted delivery.
Then when I needed some to be returned, their collection service is awful and they will hold your money until it's all processed. I give 2 stars because the flooring is fine but I'd highly recommend you copy/paste and buy it somewhere else (loads of places do match lowest price)
Any communications with the company are painful, any attempt to understand what the situation is is brushed over & they seem to just move on & pretend they've done nothing wrong - as many of the reviews here state.
They also quite proudly claim that they "don't do compensation" so there's that. Order from somewhere else. Oh and watch them reply to this with a really generic AI comment saying they're "looking in to it"

Good value flooring. Easy to install. As described on website.
Marked down a star due to lack of communication on delivery. We were able to pick a delivery date which was great. However, we did not receive any texts or emails to confirm that items had been shipped or what time they would be delivered. They were delivered on the day chosen thankfully.

Buying online can be frustrating and filled with risk, but I'm delighted to say that dealing with Flooring Supplies has been a pleasure, thanks to the service and help provided throughout the process.
The prompt delivery of two good sized samples to help select our flooring (Van Gogh, Urban Grey, rigid tile) was a positive start, but the help provided by Dinusha has made the experience a pleasure. We sent for some samples of flooring we were considering. They came a couple of days later. Unlike the ones we'd got from B&Q, these were free!!
We chose the flooring we wanted and bought some. The main order took more than a week to arrive though.
