Good Quality, Timely delivery
I ordered a basket of red roses to a town near Ettumanoor, Kerala. The roses were delivered on time and were fresh. The basket was different from the picture on the website but it was a good one as well. The entire process was quite hassle free and their customer service was responsive for any queries I had. It was a great find for flower delivery.

I purchased a Terrific Truffle on Oct. 30th, but unfortunately, the product did not meet the expected quality for its price. it also looked quite different from the pictures shown on your website. The finish and presentation were not as perfect as advertised.

The flowers that were delivered were not fresh, seemed several days old. Customer Care did not even respond to complaint with photo proof.
Edit: the company contacted me after reading this review. They claimed to never have received my email with photo proof and asked for the photo proof again. After “taking some time to check” they sent me back a photo of a bouquet and claimed that they did everything right. Great! My mum must be lying then.
Edit 2: I mentioned the random photo you sent in my edit. It’s literally a random photo with no date or name of the recipient. It could be from your website, from some other customer or from the day you made the bouquet. We can’t know 🤷♀️
My photo was sent to you the day after the delivery (in the email you claim not to have received, by the way I sent a screenshot of the email from within the gmail app)

They are one of the few companies that deliver even in the outskirts of Chennai. Highly recommend them. The delivery person has a great role to play in successfully delivering them on time.
