Do Not Use This Comany - Scam Company
At our stop in Frankfurt we discovered we could not be given boarding passes to our final destination, which we had paid for. According to the airline, the agent had not booked the flights properly. Contacted the company and they offered to find a solution. Time was running out and only 2 seats left on the flight so we bought them. The company has promised REPEATEDLY they would refund our money. This occurred in August 2024 and we have yet to see any money after repeated calls. This place is a SCAM.

Very professional
Pall was unbelievably helpful smart and attentive. We were very eager to spend more time with the family and couldn't really afford much to stay and Pall Insisted on trying to help us not once but twice!!! Great fast service...very professional and realible...we will definitely book with Jim again!

Kate Smith was very helpful.
Kate checked my flight and found it to be in order. We were concerned that it may have been changed by Delta but she assured me that everything is OK. Her diction was perfect. She also sent our passport info to Delta which will save a great deal of time at the airport. Thank you Kate.

I was having a lot of difficulty…
I was having a lot of difficulty getting checked in at the ticket counter. However, Shea tried to encourage me throughout the process and worked diligently to get the matter resolved. Although, I was unable to get a seat on my original flight, she assisted me with booking another flight for the next day. She also told me to call her if I had any other issues, or if I needed assistance with booking future flights

Shea came through with a desperate
Shea came through with a desperate, last minute same day one way ticket during one of the busiest travel weeks after spending hours trying airlines and sites claiming to be checking literally hundreds of travel sites. One major airline agent spent over 1/2 hour, claimed to have a ticket then apologized when it was suddenly gone. Shea was the only one able to deliver. She is the only agent I will ever use.

I have spent way too much of my time
I have spent way too much of my time, first dealing with app that didn’t work and then talking to a representative that was way too slow and made me repeat information over and over again. Very disappointed in service and the waste of my time. Also a language barrier required extra time to communicate that was unnecessary

that’s what I would use. The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I’ve travelled for years and never had a problem like I did with these people who scammed me and my husband out of $1300!
Thank goodness I had a credit card that covered crooks like this And they refunded me our flights, but we were still stuck with $119 charge.
It was a terrible upsetting time .

Used my card for other things. Theives
Used them for a flight to Chicago. A week later, my credit card shows they tried to use it for tickets to Disneyland in California, hotel in New York, and a few online website charges. Stay away from these thieves.

He helped a lot to resolve the problem and made the process smooth and booked me on a new ticket without any further delay.
