I had dobbel paid for some service and when I found out i calling and they said they had to check it. Next day I got a mail and they told me they would send the money back to me. 3 weeks later I got the money on my account

I bought a business class ticket from flysmarter but had to cancel the flight. I didn't have any cancelling insurance so I called flysmarter to ask for a refund. They didn't answer the phone, but they responded to my email. My ticket was refunded with a small cancelling fee. I was very relieved and can say that flysmarter is a trustworthy ticket service.

Huket av for håndbagasje tur/retur på reisen min. Når bookinga var bestilt så stod det kun veske under sete på returen og ingen håndbagasje. I tillegg bestilte jeg først avbestillingsbeskyttelse, men angret og trykket vekk. Opprinnelig beløp uten avbestillingsbeskyttelse kom opp, og alt så i orden ut. Men da jeg skulle betale ville det ikke bli fjernet og kom med. Uansett om jeg trykket av denne flere ganger.

Tok kontakt med kundeservice og klaget. Fikk beskjed om at det var slik jeg hadde bestilt, ferdig snakket. Meget arrogant fremtoning. Styr unna!!!!

My flight was cancelled. I was offered a choice between 2 other flights and was very happy to be able to get my first choice.

Our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions and was only leaving 2 days later. I sent an email to customer service requesting if we could extend our return flight by 2 days so that we get the maximum stay. Customer service was able to offer a new intinery for my desired request with no additional charge! Thank you for the great service:)

I orded ticket on wrong date, but the fixed the next day. So very good service😄😄👍

We had change of plans and company was really helpful and fast to change the flight date that we needed. We are really thankful for such fast and efficient help!

I bought an add on to my ticket which is "cancellation protection". But then I realized that i have already same coverage with my own travel insurance. I sent an email to customer service and explained that i dont need the add on "insurance" and it was a mistake. The customer service helped me cancel that and i got the refund.

My booking went smooth.
Unfortunate, I had to cancel my trip for health reasons.
I had a non refundable ticket, but in spite of that, FlySmarter took my case the the ariline and managed to get a refund for the ticket.

These people are thieves and the customer service is PATHETIC! Booked a business ticket and was traveling via London. From my departure it stated 32x2kg and then 23x2 from London to my destination. So like i called them and they meant that i had to pick my luggage in London,and unpack them to the correct kilos. The most funny part is that on my return ticket they put me on economy and meant that my ticket was mixed. So i booked a return ticket business but coming back was economy. BE CAREFUL BOOKING WITH THIS PEOPLE. THIEVES! THIEVES! THIEVES!

Kjøpte 3 flybilletter for ca. 11 000 kr og betalte ekstra for fleksibel ombooking. Da jeg senere ønsket å endre reisedato til en annen dato med samme rute og samme prisklasse (noe jeg også kunne dokumentere), krevde de plutselig over 10 700 kr ekstra.

Dette til tross for at vilkårene deres sier at ombooking innen samme prisklasse ikke skal koste noe, utover eventuell prisforskjell, som her ikke eksisterte.

Kundeservicen var lite behjelpelig, direkte uhøflig og fremsto mest opptatt av å presse mer penger. Jeg har nå tatt saken videre til Forbrukertilsynet.

Anbefales på det sterkeste å holde seg unna Flysmarter.

USERIØS AKTØR – ANBEFALES IKKE

Betalte ekstra for fleksibel ombooking, men da jeg faktisk skulle endre reisen, krevde Flysmarter et urimelig høyt tillegg – til tross for at ny avgang var i samme prisklasse. Ingen skikkelig forklaring, bare avvisning.

Kundeservice oppleves som frekk og lite samarbeidsvillig. Dette gir et svært useriøst inntrykk. Sak er sendt videre til relevante instanser.

Kjøpte 3 billetter for 11 000 kr og betalte ekstra for ombookings muligheter. Når jeg ba om å endre dato til en ny (jeg fant og viste til billetter i samme prisklasse) skulle de ha 10767 kr. De er svindlere og er uhøfelig og frekke på kundeservicen. Jeg har iverksatt sak med forbrukertilsynet. ALDI BRUK FLYSMARTER!

I can truly verify that this is a highly efficient and effective company. Accidentally I paid twice for my flight and within 1-2 days it was all sorted.
