Professional Service
The guys at Focus 360 have been fantastic. When we had a last minute request from our client to provide a number of EPC surveys they stepped in to help out. Will kept us informed of progress throughout and was extremely helpful, even taking calls evenings and weekends.

Not sure this was worth the money. When you do all the work and the ‘professional does not even ask the right questions. With the correct software anyone could do this.

I had one of the best experiences dealing with Focus 360 Energy. I needed SAP calculations for building control and they were prepared by roughly 24 hours. Beyond amazing service and good dialogue prior to engaging them. Without doubt a huge 5 star.

Focus 360 Energy were responsive and returned the SAP calculations/ compliance report for our unusual straw bale project quickly and efficiently. It was good to be able to speak to the assessor and their email responses arrived to promised timescales.

They did exactly what they said they…
They did exactly what they said they would on the date they said. When I had a query if no one was available the call back was very quick and they were very helpful. My only frustration was the software being used to communicate as this is not of the same quality as the people who were really excellent. I'd trust them to do it again and recommend them.

I would like to thanks Will and Jess for their unwavering support ensuring a SAP calculation was accepted by an extremely difficult Building Control surveyor. The project went on for months and required real tenacity from Will and Jess.
They supported me on every step of the way and were happy to speak with building control multiple times! It would have been really easy for them to dismiss this project as too difficult, but they were completed invested in getting the approvals required. I will be forever grateful and highly recommend
