Fonacab claim to have a pet friendly policy. Be warned - they don't. Because of past incidents I make abundantly clear when I pre-book with a live dispatcher for vet trips the breed, height and weight... Voir plus

Honestly the worst taxi service about. Booked an 8 seater taxi bus but was told 2 taxi’s would turn up (which was okay). 25 minutes after agreed collection time still no taxi. Called back 4 times to be told it was on its way, eventually one turned up (35 minutes late) and the other one was cancelled on the app, absolute joke
Impossible to get a taxi, when you try to order a taxi on the app it has an error but takes your money, worst taxi company ever
Bad service, I have been a customer for 6 years twice a day for 5 days a week and for several months very often the taxi does not come to pick me up from work at 2-3 am! 24/7 open and taxi none! Portadown very hard to catch a taxi. The people who work in the office are rude!

Value Cabs & fonaCab have monopolised Taxis in Belfast, it is near impossible to get a Taxi in Belfast city centre on a Fri or Sat nite after 11.30 unless you are prepared to flash the cash at drivers pulling up. Their apps are only useful for day time during the week, pointless and useless when you prebook a taxi for Fri & Sat as drivers switch off to cash in on people willing to pay double and even treble the fare to get home.Ring the call centre and they’ll keep palming you off with its busy, the taxi will be another 5 mins.The whole system is not working and needs looked at again in terms of regulation. Unfortunately I have to give these companies a 1 star on here, my choice would be no stars.

Disaster
Absolutely disgraceful company, which cannot be relied on. Booked a taxi last night for this morning for traveling to Dublin and when the taxi did not come I called Fona Cab and was told that no taxi is coming and I have to wait. Unfortunately the bus to Dublin can not wait. So disappointed ! Do not use them !
My driver was extremely rude to me because I need to pay by card. He left the meter running while he reversed around outside my house holding the card machine out the window and swearing. I offered to go into my house to get cash and he shouted “no”. I said I shouldn’t have to pay the extra money for the meter being left on and he gave me more abuse, I had to pay it to get away from him. I called the office to complain and they refused to refund me.
Fraud.. i did two trips... for both..different was charged from bank and different amount receipt was given....
Moreover additional deduction of £8 charged for no reason...
called their customer services which routed me to their admin team which doesn't pick the calls...
I am still chasing for refund..
