Im not sure whats going on with Foodhub in Arbroath, just about every restaurant i would order from uses it, but for the last few weeks, i either get charged and no order gets placed, or the bank flags it as a scam. Im being forced to pay with cash, which these days, i usually dont carry. Admittedly, the times ive been multi-charged, the money doesnt seem to come out of my account, it just sits in the pending payments for a few days before cancelling.

Had 3 fraudulent transactions taken from my account yesterday have reported to the bank and had to block card, disgusting company avoid at all costs they know exactly what they are doing robbing people and they don’t care !!!!

Credit Card fraud attempted just now , same as other comments. clearly this is not a coincidence. never heard of this company until researching after fraud attempt. Bank blocked the payments fortunately.

After using foodhub on the 21st April putting my card details in for a order I have now had alot of fraudulent transactions of nearly £2000!!!!!!!!

Awful, I placed several orders with these as I had some giftcards to use for groceries, I also took advantage of their £10 off £35 orders, there was no limit on this being used. I’d spent approximately £250 as it worked out a very good deal. I had a phone call from Foodhub confirming all my orders which was fine. A week later no orders have arrived and they have suspended my account with no reason. I am livid to say the least. The worse thing is you need your account to contact customer service or they will not discuss other accounts.if you cannot login this is impossible.
I’ve read a lot of comments saying they are scammers which must be factual.

They are not lying in the comments, same thing happened to me yesterday. 2 Fraudulent transactions on my card, I have no clue how they done it! My bank flagged the 2nd as fraud and we got everything sorted. I have never heard of this company until researching it due to the fraud. Stay clear

Used this company last night. Today, my bank contacted me to say they tried to take a transaction today. It wasn't me!!! The bank fraud team were brilliant. NEVER use this company.

I don’t know how this site is still up but it really needs to be taken down. I bought groceries from food hub over 50£. Prior to this I asked the food hub in live chat if I would get tracking information and if they are sure my order would arrive. I was told 100%. Now I decided to do reaserch on the store and found out that the store does not exist, I immediately contacted food hub and told them I want a refund as this was only 5 minutes after I had ordered. I was told that they cannot refund and I would have to concat the store directly. This store has no contact info as their phone number is. It working. I told food hub the store is a scam they did not do anything about it. Early today I was told my order was delivered they contacted the store , which is a lie , and said that the order will be with me today or Tomorrow. I then asked for proof of this by providing tracking and according to them the tracking has not yet been registered which is impossible if it was already sent out like they claim. They are knowingly letting scam store on their site and refusing to refund. Purchase at your own expense. They even deleted my account I can no longer sign in. I am personally not that bothered as I know my bank will refund me but this website needs to be reported to the national cyber crime agency as they are 100% in on the scam.

I have never ordered from this company. Several fraudulent transactions taken off my card - no idea how they did it - my card never leaves the house and I only use Apple Pay. Fortunately bank refunded as they could see I wasn’t present at location. Shocked to see many others have been defrauded by this company.

Orders do not turn up!! Do not use!! Ordered from star kebab in Alfreton, when it didn't turn up rang the takeaway they said it was coming, didn't show up with food no refund either!!

Ordered from one stop carribean food. Paid via food hub. Food took 2hr and 30mins to arrive, cold. They made me late for work too. Terrible service. I contacted foodhub for a refund on the quick and efficient chat service. I'm still waiting a response. Not so quick and efficient I guess. I hate online shopping. It's a con.

Placed an order with a restaurant that was closed but their platform still allowed me to order. How was I supposed to know they were closed when it said open on Google plus allowed to take an order. Over $100 and 15 minutes after I received an email that the restaurant cancelled and refunds will be automatic within 5 days. Over a month later and no refund. Keep making excuses that it’s a payment glitch. Asked for proof of said glitch and it said Pending. Recognised the payment platform is Stripe and I reached out to Stripe. Turns out it only says that if there’s no funds to refund. They have essentially stolen my money and won’t respond to my emails. I’m complaining to NZ commerce commission and ACCC. This company needs to be fined big time!!

Wait time clearly means nothing, went to pick up my order after half an hour (longer than wait time) it then took another half an hour for the store to have the items ready. When I returned home and noticed incorrect items and items missing I contacted food hub support which were no help at all… I never received a confirmation number or ID via txt or email so they said they were unable to help me or provide any refund. I’m not sure how an error/flaw in their system is my fault. First and last time using, don’t waste your time.
