I would recommend Ford Bank from rooftop. I have never had a problem. Find their site so easy to navigate and anytime I needed help they were simply amazing which is a rarity today. Another big plus you are not 125th in the queue when you ring, phone answered almost instantly. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you Ford ... keep up the good work!

Every time the agent has been patient, easy to speak with, assisted & explained everything in plain English - & the greatest joy of all, is ENGLISH, in England, not a foreign call centre that couldn't care less & jabber unintelligibly off a script making inane "conversation"
I can't access the bank online
I can't access the bank online and therefore can't access my money to pay a deposit. Very frustrating!!!!
ISA transfer
ISA transfer, incredibly slow and uncaring about my experience and distress. Ive had accounts with them for over 20 years! This has highlighted how slow and idiotic their isa transfer process is. i opened an isa account to deposit the transfer into - i filled the form in and duly returned it - the transfer had to be manually done as Tembo the transferring business don't do electronic transfers - it took over a week for tembo to apparently receive the request from Ford money - and this only happened because I spent time on expensive phone calls inquiring about the delays - finally Tembo suggested they email the details - i rang ford to suggest this - they emailed and the same day tembo contacted me to say it had been received - after 8 days of waiting within a day the request was completed! Tembo then took 14 days to process it - and again I had to contact them continuously to check - the so called transfer team did not contact me once to confirm the transfer- however by the time I'd got a response ford had closed the isa account I intended to transfer the funds to! Thus causing me considerable stress - I've experienced bad transfers before where money disappears into.obscure accounts - ford closed the account knowing that it was in the the process of being funded via a transfer in! What happens to my money when they do receive - ford have made no attempt to contact me throughout despite my communicated distress. I have told tembo not to send this money unless there us an account to.pay it into! Im a retired individual and do.not need this stress over a process that should be straight forward - after 20 years plus of saving the max under the regs - I'm now going to end my relationship with ford money and advise others to see this as a cautionary tale!

i have invested with Ford Money since they first came on the market they were always competitve but in the last quarter or so there rates are way below those of Tesco bank, RCI bank and Coventry bs all companies that i invest in though not to the extent as with Ford money as unless they re align with the market as all fixed accounts mature then my and my wifes considerable funds will go elsewhere .Plus as others complain their website is poor. In january i advised my maturity instructions only to receive 4 emails saying we have not received your maturity instructions .I phoned to confirm they had and even so they got it wrong.

Excessive interest rate falls
Notified last week that the interest rate on my 'Flexible saver' is falling another 0.25%. This follows a previous 0.25%fall in February. The Bank of England has not lowered rates again in the period, so this is purely to make profits for the bank at the expanse of savers. Rate is now uncompetative in my view

I was already a saver with FordMoney, downloaded app on Android A56, put in my log in details, bang, I was in less than a minute. Set up Passkey, excellent app, see everything what i see on my computer, really dont know what these people are moaning about. EXCELLENT APP get it.

Have found Ford Money fairly easy to deal with. If I have needed telephone assistance when calling have never had to wait long for my call to be answered. Only time I have had trouble on getting something done was recently. The person I spoke to was very helpful and it was own fault that I could not get done what the advisor told me to do to resolve my problem.
Eventually I realised the mistake that I was making and all is well.

Die Bank glänzt nicht gerade durch kurze Bearbeitungszeiten bzw. schnelle Überweisungen, den Kundenservice empfinde ich als mäßig.
Online-Aufträge funktionieren nicht immer, nicht selten erscheint „Der Auftrag konnte nicht ausgeführt werden. Bitte wenden Sie sich an unser Service-Team.“
Ein solches Problem wollte ich über den LiveChat klären, der (es scheint bei der Bank Programm zu sein) nicht funktionierte.
Jedenfalls habe ich durch die gemachten Erfahrungen mein Konto nach wenigen Monaten wieder gekündigt (und warte...warte...warte) auf die Kündigungsbestätigung.

My husband had a life changing accident back in 2021, he had money with then in bonds over the last couple of years, however with life changing injurys things change and he needed to access some funds to access more physio, my husband sent the documents requested which was a invoice for the physio a overdue bill for the physio and a bank statement. They kept saying they had not received the bank statement it took them 2 days to tell him they hadn't received it then they actually received it...
Then after one week today there now saying they want another bank statement which they could of asked for last week, so now my husband has lost is physio and oees him money and they won't let him do a earky withdrawal. It clearly states in there terms and conditions you could have a early settlement for illness etc.
So please don't put your money with them if anything happens as a emergency they won't help, my husband will now detoriate quite quickly without a physio.
So thanks ford money we will never be investing with you ever again

I have had my cash isa with them for 5yrs approx plus another savings acc
everything has been fine until wanted to transfer large amount iwanted to transfer ex amount but they transfered 1k to much to coventry bs because the other 1k was going to a different provider barclays isa because used my allowance this tax year and need to put money in by 30days of acc opening so that was the first error
try to blame me ????
next error which truely is appalling
they told coventry bs only used 7k of allowance which is wrong
then told me 9k used which is also wrong
the actually correct amount is ive used is 20k the full allowance
its a good job i queried it because i could of gone over my allowance by a few thousand
there probably are going to try and blame me for that aswell ??????? but that is impossible
shocking customer service
rang them so many times to discuss the 2 mistakes by THEM and can never sought out onthe phone straight away always have to ring me back 24 hours later so this has been going on for 5days

THIS ISNT MY MAIN EXCHANGER, BUT I HAD A SITUATION WHERE I COULDN'T GET MY FUNDS OUT RIGHT AWAY FROM FRONTIER INVEST CORP PLATFORM ACCOUNT. THEIR SUPPORT RECOMMENDED I TRY FORDMONEY.CO.UK TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. IT WORKED AND I RECEIVED MY FUNDS. IT TOOK TIME BUT THE SUPPORT WAS RESPONSIVE THROUGHOUT.
Customer Focussed, knowledgable, Friendly
The Customer Service I received from Ford Money to manage and close accounts held by my late Mother was outstanding. Everyone was compassionate, helpful, did what they said they'd do, and above all UK based and friendly.
I've not personally held accounts with Ford Money, but based on my experience so far I wouldn't hesitate in doing so.
Great savings account
I used to use comparison sites to change my savings account regularly, chasing higher interest. I have stayed with Ford for years now. They are always competitive and they raise interest rates automatically as well as lower them - unlike other savings accounts I have used. I am very satisfied.
Snail Mail is some what faster!!
on the 25th November I gave a 5 star review //Since that time— boy have I had problems with their finance department all over my ISA (an internal problem as my ISA was already with them) — but problem was escalated to managerial level ( staff I spoke with were great) but snail mail is quicker than them in finance department moving money @making corrections
A Customer Friendly Savings Provider…
I have been a customer of Ford Money Bank for the past 2 years and I am very happy with the products and the competitive interest rates they offer. I never have to wait too long when calling the customer service team and they are always efficient and friendly. Unlike some other providers, Ford Money offers same day withdrawals and electronic ISA transfers and both are important to me when I am choosing a savings provider. My one dislike are the very large and sometimes irrelevant graphics on the website!

Hatten ein Problem mit der Secure Sign auf dem PC, Hotline angerufen, alles wurde auf Null gesetzt, innerhalb von 15 Minuten neuen Aktivierungscode erhalten und Bingo - fertig. Klasse das Ford-Money eine PC-Windows-Version seiner Secure-Sign bereitstellt, warum muss immer alles aufs Smartphone? Besten Dank liebe Frau Holster für den perfekten Service! Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden mit Ford Money!

Geldtransfer viel zu lange
Positiv sind die auch für Bestandskunden guten Zinsen und ein schneller, wenn auch oft oberflächlicher Support.
Was aber heute gar nicht mehr geht sind die langen Banklaufzeiten bis abgerufenes Geld am Empfängerkonto Gutgeschrieben ist (2-3 Tage) bzw. Geldeingänge verzinst werden. Auch wenn es keine Wertstellung mehr geben darf, sieht man die Gutschrift am Konto mit einem Buchungsdatum 1-2 Tage in der Zukunft, verzinst wird dann natürlich erst ab Buchungsdatum. Eine vernünftige Erklärung hierzu kann FordMoney nicht liefern. Auch sind Echtzeitüberweisungen nicht möglich. FordMoney schreibt hierzu: "Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir als Anlagebank keine Sofortüberweisungen durchführen können, da wir nicht verpflichtet sind, diese Dienstleistung anzubieten."
Die FordBank kann etwas nicht, weil sie nicht dazu verpflichtet ist.....andere Anbieter können es, es hat mit wollen, nicht mit können oder gar dürfen zu tun.
Wenn ich die Tage Zeit habe werde ich die BaFin hierzu anschreiben, in meinen Augen wird hier die Unsitte der Wertstellung durch die Hintertüre betrieben.
