Printer was delivered to the wrong address and the support person has been unhelpful and tried to push the blame on me. Only after going back and forth for 3 days they agreed to help me but I still haven’t gotten my printer now.

Working with customer service, I had a wash unit that had gone out of warranty only a couple weeks before it died. They worked with me and got me a brand new unit shipped out immediately with almost no downtime. Love the products and rave about you guys to all of my colleagues.

Quick responses and easy to problem solve

The shipping portion and customer communications aspect of the experence are less than I expect. I have recived several shipping links that dont work. I usually have to reach out and inquire as to the status of my order before getting updates.

The sales rep I interacted with was responsive and helpful. He grasped the situation and the nature of my request and was able to efficiently guide me to a solution and execute.

Purchased Tough 2000 V2 cartridges for the Form4, and worked well, although We find occasionally the opening at the bottom of the cartridge requires us to push the slit so it will release the resin. Otherwise, it will recognize that the cartridge is there, but it is not releasing the resin.

Firstly, I find the website difficult to navigate when purchasing resin. When I've used the search function, the limited results given sometimes do not include all relevant products. It also doesn't display the main purchase page in alphabetical order

After ordering the resin, we didn't receive tracking information until after the order arrived.

Previously, we've received cartridges which have leaked inside their packaging. We've received incorrect printers delivered to the wrong address. We've received orders weeks late with no explanation given for delays. When we finally received the printer, the hinges were misaligned and we had faults with the prints that we had to resolve.

The only saving grace, was their customer support chain, but even in that we were harried to close the ticket before the problem was resolved

It's now been 3 months since we received our printer and they've released a new model with reportedly better stats at 1/5 of the cost
