Formlabs Avis 

It came much, much faster than expected.

Formlabs is okay. They lock you into only buying their powders, but they don't really have the powders we need. The reliability of the Fuse 1+ has been very poor, and support hasn't really known what needs to change to get it working most of the time. I'll look at other brands when we're ready to buy another machine.

The technician was extremely professional and helpful.
Unfortunately, the system only made two good prints and failed again.

Above and beyond, listened and very friendly. Assisted me with my assignment requirements for materials.

I am very happy with Formlab’s professional communication and shipping.

I have yet to open the machine but am sure based off of the reputation of Formlab that it will meet expectations for our company.

I do wish I waited and got multiple Studio 1 machines instead of the Form 4 but am still content with my purchase.

Steve was very helpful in diagnosing and fixing a problem we were having with our Form Wash L. Their communication was prompt and courteous, and they very clearly described what I needed to do to get them the information they needed. Once the problem was identified, they helped me though what I needed to order and made sure to keep personal track of the order until it arrived very quickly. In the end, although the replacement part was one third the cost of the machine and did not last five years with light use, the service was amazing and painless. Ignoring the design of the product itself, this was a great experience. Five stars for service!
