I ordered a personalised cross for my nephews christening, the cross arrived with paint chipped as the packaging did not state fragile, so was damaged during the delivery process. Not impressed

Ordered on 12th says on website 5 working days ..personalised item so can expect longer sometimes ..got email said estimated delivery date 20th (allow few days for postage ...) contacted on 20th no reply order hadn't even been sent ...customer service chat bot only said would received a reply withing 24 hours and nothing emailed friday twice no reply...thought maybe would be shipped today 25th... So emailed order still been processed according to tracking

Braclet was stunning but was definitely not a child's size, ordered a communion braclet , and it was not a child's size, was way too big for her , which is frustrating because its engraved and her communion is next week
