Terrible!
A product marketed as a child’s bracelet and it arrives in an adults size. Beyond disappointing. A “first holy communion” bracelet for an 8/9 year old should not be that big!

I placed an order on the 28th of February, it said expected delivery 3rd or 4th March still waiting. And it still says processing.No reply to multiple emails,both phone numbers no answer, ai bot chat useless says its rerouting me to a human and nothing happens. Cant even get a refundas i dont need the item anymore as it was for mothers day. Will never order from them again.😡

Packaging was poor. I ordered a personalised bible for a christening gift. I didnt order the gift packaging as product was already quite expensive but the plastic bag it came in didnt even cover the bible. Product itself was lovely but basic packaging needs to improve.
