Issue quickly resolved
I had an issue with my order, however this was quickly resolved and a new item was sent out that day the company couldn’t apologise enough for any inconvenience caused. I would shop again with Frabco

Out of date food ( over 2 months) relabelled to hid best before date. Nothing was mentioned in the listing that they were out of date. This date was added after I complained. Refund given.

Thanks for your comment. Sometimes we offer items that are beyond their Best Before date. these are offered at a lower price and the dates are detailed in the product title or description. As you are not happy with the items you received, I have issued a refund for those items.
You updated your review to say that nothing was mentioned about the date in the listing. This is not correct (it is mentioned in the listing, you may not have seen it). The items were on a clearance sale price. You paid just £1 each for 2 items that usually have a retail price of £3.99 each. We have fully refunded the 2 pounds to your paypal account.

Excellent company to deal with. Came across Frabco when I was looking for ginger bead kit for my daughters birthday. Was able to get some very useful things for the celebration: customer service was great with very fast despatch. Was able to pick up various make of candy canes also. Very happy with My items which were of Excellent quality makes and great value for money.

We are a UK based company. You are in the USA. We used Royal Mail standard airmail for this order of a packet of seeds. The service does not have tracking as it is only a letter service. I am assuming the item arrived as we have had no contact from you since?

Leaking bottle
Good afternoon, on receiving my purchase of the double espresso AU bottle, i have noticed the bottle is leaking as the bottle itself is all wet and smells on the alcohol. Seal has not been broken.

Further to your reply and email sent to us. The images you sent do not allow us to determine a fault with the product. I understand that you prefer a replacement without having to return the original. However, we must have the item returned to us before we can issue a replacement. Great stuff
Really impressed with this company. Bought gingerbread houses which are fantastic! They came really quickly and were really well packaged. Highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from again.
