Company masquerading as UK site but made in china. Good delivery timing from order not using express. Ordered x2 canvas prints - 1 was ok the other was not stretched properly and left an obvious crease / raised area. Emailed company x3 and never received a reply. Although the canvas print is fine but not depicted like in example emulating oil painting . The frames are cheap and product definitely not worth £70 each!
I would not recommend using this company!

Don’t trust this business. The paper the prints are on is cheap thin paper that arrived warped with wavy lines. There is no phone number for this business. The E-Mail replies take days or weeks for someone to reply. Packaging material is cheap. Overseas business with a fake address in Laguna Beach,Ca.

I order a portrait of all of our family pets as a gift for my parents. After two weeks of the order being in a ‘in fulfillment’ status, I emailed asking for an update. Eleanor Z stated that the package was lost by the carrier. Curious since the order was never updated as printed or shipped. A reprint was order and finally after a month, the portrait was delivered. Unfortunately, the portrait had absolutely no packaging around it and the frame arrived broken in 3 places. Abigail P then stated I could return the portrait to them at my cost for a refund. When I pointed out their terms & conditions indicate an item damaged in shipping is refunded at no additional cost, she said her manager would make an exception. How is this an exception when it is in your terms?!? Skip forward to a week later and my refund has been processed minus the sales tax. Abigail P to the rescue again telling me that sales tax is collected by my bank and I need to contact them. What?!? That is not how sales tax collection works! Moral of the story, AVOID this company!!!!!

Uploading photos to the site has its own issues, choosing a template, upload photos, then a preview is created. Numerous times the final result left out pet photos and photos did not look, even close to the original pet photo. Reaching out to the company, only to discover the address stated on their website is fake, no business is located at the Laguna Beach, CA address, it's a postal box service address. From what has been gathered, this company is an overseas business claiming to be a USA business.

I was hesitant at first with all the scams out there. I wish I could put a pic of what I received. Beautiful!!! I ordered a bunch for people for xmas already
