Stay away from Framebridge. They lost some very sentimental items that I had mailed to them. I had to reach out to their customer service after I had heard nothing from them for almost a month. It then took another two weeks for them to finally admit that they had lost the pieces of artwork.

I have tried for over three weeks now to place an order with this company it has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life I have may be sent over 50 emails and called 100 times nobody responds there’s a clear miscommunication within the customer service team and there seems to be little to no oversight.

I'm so disappointed that I used Framebridge instead of a local framing company. I've gone back and forth with them several times for different issues, and the process wasn't nearly as straightforward as they advertise. I was creating a Christmas gift for my fiance, and their customer service team knew we were exchanging gifts on 12/22 because we're flying to each of our hometowns starting on the 23rd. I checked in with them today since I hadn't heard anything in a week, and they let me know the delivery was scheduled for the 23rd and said they couldn't rush the shipping. I'm giving two stars instead of one because most of their customer service team is friendly and some were apologetic, but it doesn't change the fact that Christmas is now postponed to January. Even worse is that my fiance has scheduled emails notifying me of my gifts, so he has no choice but to give me my gifts before Xmas and I'm giving mine in January (awkward). I won't use Framebridge in the future because it's too risky when framing something for a specific date. Had I used a local framing company, I simply could have picked up the finished product.

Their customer service was very helpful, however, that doesn't matter when the folks doing the framing have no clue what they are doing. 1. My original oil painting got damaged, (they claim done by while in transit- apparently a spear gun when straight into the box?) 2. They GLUED the mat to the painting so I cannot get the mat away from the painting in the future without further damaging the painting. 3. They also glue another foam board to the back of the painting making it even hard to attempt a repair of the original issue 4.they told me they would attempt a repair and didn't even bother (probably for the best). 5. Lastly, they put a plastic on top of it once framed. I have never heard of an oil painting being enclosed by glass or plastic. It is clear to me that they have no idea what they are doing. 6. The frame is flimsy and after all the damage caused, I was very very upset with the end results. Even if there was no damage, the product is very cheap and not worth what they are charging. This company should not advertise being expert in any type of art when that clearly is not the case. This service is for cheap prints that can be replaced.

They sent my art to the wrong place over 5 TIMES! They delivered 4 pieces framed...ALL DAMAGED...ALL irreplaceable originals!!! Then they LOST ....YES LOST another original piece!!! So SAD...these can't be fixed..... Be WARNED....
And on top of that, they sent me someone else's art.
How do they stay in business? Such a poorly run company.

I wish I had read the reviews first. The ordering was simple. I approved a design. When it arrived, it had been done differently than approved. They were great about collecting the piece from me. Almost three weeks later, with no word from them, I reached out to ask about the reframe. It was then I learned that the art was damaged in their studio. (God knows when I would have learned this had I not reached out!) In short, don't trust them with you art. Pay a few extra dollars and go to a professional framing shop.

If I was in charge, I’d make sure if I made promises to my employees that I would do ANYTHING to keep them, especially the hard working ones. Framebridge currently does the opposite and tells them one thing and does the other, they love to jerk people around and lie to them to try to hit cheap numbers. They promote people that they know who don’t even remotely deserve the position they got and also aren’t capable of doing the required tasks without everything blowing up in their faces. They give you a paper and congratulate you on getting full time but when it gets to “your big day” they do absolutely nothing different except try to drag it out another month or two after you were supposed to be full time and just keep telling you to wait on it when it was supposed to be theirs. I single handily fixed their broken process, upped the quality of the entire department by myself for even when I’m not there by implementing new techniques and strategies. Saved them hundreds of thousands of dollars in scrap and gave them the keys to the city in acrylic. Had another great idea ready for them to save even more money for when I got my full time, unfortunately that moment never came but the lies sure did.... when I told them I quit before my shift started they wanted me to continue working there so Joey in HR told me they would hire me full time near the beginning of my shift so I agreed to the terms and he also mentioned a seasonal team lead position that I was interested in, I got so excited I was being rewarded for my hard work, just to come in and nothing happen any different, when I asked them about it, Leslie in HR didn’t even know anything about it and they had no plans on making me full time. Yet, they can hire someone who started the same exact day that I did who barely shows up when he’s supposed to and not only does he get full time but gets a higher paying position as well where he doesn’t hardly have to do Jack Shht. You wonder why I’m mad and I quit? That’s why. Oh and after Joey told me they’d take me back any time I wanted to work there, they put me on a no hire back list so I couldn’t come back because I simply left after all the lies. Not to mention all the extra stuff that I had to put up with while working there, like being wrote up for not only something I didn’t do but something that NO ONE even did because it didn’t happen. -an honest review from one of your hardest workers you’ve ever had or will ever have HAD.
I have to say I had a fairly good experience with Framebridge. I read some of the negative reviews here (but only after I sent my artwork away and started getting nervous) but everything went smoothly. I float framed a 12" round original artwork. $129.
Ordered Sept 15th
Box to ship my artwork off Sep 18th
I sent it out Sep 20th
They received it Sep 26th
I got an email that they unpackaged it Oct 1st
I got 'designer's choice' and they sent me 3 frame options Oct 2
I chose and they confirmed Oct 3
I didn't hear anything by Oct 12 and was getting nervous so I emailed to check on it. They got straight back to me letting me know it was about to be shipped out.
It shipped out Oct 14th
I got it Oct 18th. Looks great. No issues.
So it took a little over a month from when I clicked to order to getting it back. The price is just OK when compared to Michaels/Aaron Bros framing. So if you're in a hurry or want more choice, I'd definitely say go to Michaels. If you just want someone to deal with it and don't care about timing, Framebridge is great.
I wish during the framing process I'd get an update or an email to say it would take 11 days so I knew not to get worried.

Unfortunately, like others on this site, I made the highly regrettable mistake of using Framebridge. The communication was unresponsive and mostly unhelpful, the staff made no creative suggestions beyond grey, white or black frames, they told me the originals were damaged but refused to send a picture of the damage (no iphones at Framebridge??) and then when I finally received the frames the sizes were inconsistent: 2 prints designed to be hung side-by-side now look rather stupid. I strongly encourage you to avoid this service as not worth your time or money. CD in SF

Very disappointed. Like another reviewer, my photograph was not centered in the mat (off by a lot, like 1/4"). Got it back and guess what...still not centered (now off by 1/8") AND there are now two parallel creases running through the photograph, like it was run through some sort of machine or handler.

This company has very poor procedures in place. I found this out the hard way when I sent some original art to them for framing. Many weeks passed and I received nothing and heard nothing from them. I then contacted them to ask about my piece and they told me they had had a large volume of orders but were working on it. Another month passed and still no framed art. I contacted them again and this time, after some back and forth, they admit they have LOST the original art. I am guessing the art had already been lost the first time I asked about it but they just strung me along. They did offer to frame a scan of the artwork which they had from when I was looking at frames initially but that is no substitute. Also they told me I was entitled to $300 because they lost my art. Yet weeks have passed and I am still waiting for that check. Given their massive screw up I would think they would be attentive to fixing the situation as best they could. No, not this company. Avoid and certainly don't send them anything you care about. Truly a disaster.

This has got to be one of the worst online experiences I ever had. This ordeal spanned over 3 months and things are STILL wrong. Absolute incompetence. I send 4 pieces of original art to be framed. When I get them back, 2 of them are incorrectly oriented so I send them back to be oriented correctly with photos of how its supposed to oriented. They send one back and yes, they oriented it correctly but they did not change the hangwire in the back so I cant hang it in the correct orientation. I cant change the hangwire myself because the hangwire is too short to reorient it. Then I keep waiting for the second piece and finally they let me know that theyve RIPPED my piece of original art. At this point Im livid so I just tell them to send the final frame back to me but I tell them that they messed up on hangwire on the previous re-do and to make SURE that its correctly oriented. I received my final piece that they ripped today and guess what? Its still oriented incorrectly.
People, save yourself the trouble. Go to your local framer, pricing is going to be similar and they wont botch your frame project like framebridge.

all was great with the planning. but then when I enquired about when I might get my order I was told first they had abnormal amounts of orders they have received - and then they replied they couldnt tell me because 'Framing is a meticulous process, and we are here to make sure your piece is absolutely perfect - just as you imagined it. Because of the nature of the art, we just don't have the ability to offer an estimated ship date, only a general timeframe.' They call themselves the Customer Satisfaction Champion - not championing me - and I am a customer . frustrated

Great company and a totally new way to have things framed. They did all of our wedding photos for about 1/3 the price of our local frame shop and the quality is outstanding!

Do not send original artwork/items that you could not bear to lose. My first order went well, so I sent another original painting. The packing materials were just like two giant pieces of cardboard folded and taped with the painting inside, unlike a flat box I got for the first order. My husband joked that it looked so vulnerable to damage, when we were bringing it to the UPS. Sadly, the nightmare came true. The package got lost (or damaged.. nobody provided an answer.) at a UPS center on the same day we dropped it off. It has been three weeks, but the UPS still cannot locate the package or provide any explanation. The framing service is relatively cheap, if losing an irreplaceable item/artwork is not your concern.

This is actually the first negative review I’ve written for any company, but I feel that consumers should know what they’re getting into when they decide to use Framebridge for their framing needs. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received, and the amount of time it took to frame the items I sent was completely unacceptable. I placed 2 orders for a total of 6 items to be framed on January 1, 2019. I did read the other reviews and realized that it was going to be a while before I received them, but it took over 3 months. So, January 6, 2019 I placed the orders. I did a designer’s choice for 3 of the frames, so I kept checking the website to see what the status of the orders were. I received 3 emails regarding the 3 pieces on January 21, 2019. I immediately selected the frames I wanted so they could go into production. I then noticed while scrolling through my order that 2 frames were on hold. I reached out to customer service to inquire about what was going on. These were canvas pieces and I was supposed to get an email about regarding the status because they had stopped production due to a question about how I wanted to canvases to be stretched. I never received an email, but I was able to get an email chain going to get answers and communicate what I wanted with the frames. I expressed my concern about not getting a notification, because it should be standard, the customer service representative said that it should have happened and apologized about the delay and lack of communication.
February 4, 2019, I received 5 of the 6 frames. The frames looked nice, however, one of my pieces was missing the wire that goes on the back to hang it from the wall (the piece was a Marquette frame with a float mounting that was 16.25” by 21.25” and was $150.00, so I was disappointed to say the least that this was missed). I am not sure how something like that can happen, considering I would think the frames go through quality control, but it did. I sent an email on February 4, 2019 inquiring about my last piece. While on the website I noticed that the site was running a Valentine’s day special that guaranteed delivery by Valentine’s day. I was baffled as to how there could be a special going on with guaranteed delivery, and I still had not received a frame from an order that I placed in early January. BTW this was part of a set of 2, so the frames were the same but different sizes. February 5, 2019 I received an email response back that said this:
Hi ______,
K______, here. Thank you for checking in and I am so sorry to hear that one of your pieces didn't make it out with the rest of your order. Rest assured, your last piece is in production as we speak and should be getting the finishing touches very soon!
I also wanted to take this time to apologize for any frustration you may be feeling as I know how eager you are to have all of your frames hanging on your wall. I have reimbursed for this last frame and you will see that amount of $79 back in your account within two business days. I have also created the promo code, thanks______ for you to receive 50% off your next order and we would love the opportunity to wow you in the future.
Thanks, ____. Please let me know if you have any more questions and I will be more than happy to help you any way I can.
Best,
K______

Satisfied with this response, I did not check back for a couple of days. I was told that my piece was in production, after all. I had also sent a photo of the missing wire in an email and they ended up sending me the wire and hardware to attach to the frame that was missing the wire. I received another email about the last frame and on Friday, February 8, 2019 saying I would have guaranteed delivery by Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
February 10, 2019 I checked the status of my order and it changed from “ready to be framed” to “Hold – Backorder”. I called customer service to inquire about what that meant. This was an order of 2 and apparently the frame was out of stock, now. Obviously, I was incredibly disappointed because I had placed the order in early January and was told that I would have everything by February 13, 2019. When I talked to the representative, he said that the frame would be back in stock in March. He did, again apologize, and ended up refunding half my order. While this is nice, I would rather have my artwork. March came and went, still no frame. I finally received my last piece on Saturday, April 6, 2019 (exactly 3 months after I placed the order). I will never use this company again, and I absolutely do not recommend their services. Not only because of the delay but also because of the quality. The Marquette piece I did receive was a textile in a float mount and there is something on the inside of the frame on the glass. Again, not sure how that happens.

I’ve placed three orders from Framebridge so far. The first one came in multiple deliveries, there were two duplicate framed photos in my gallery wall order, and I ended up with two extra framed pictures (one that I didn’t even order!).... I also received the wrong template tonhang the gallery wall and no hardware which had been promised. It took me over a month to get everything sorted out!
The second order was a gift, and the recipients didn’t report back any issues, though after tonight, I’ll be calling and asking them for a full report. 🙄
The third is outright embarrassing - for me as a gift giver and for Framebridge, which SHOULD correct the issue and give me a refund. We’ll see what they do. I sent my brother’s family a framed photo with a caption from a family vacation, and because it was a surprise, I was mortified when his wife texted me a picture of a framed feminist piece of art with an awkward question about if I had sent them that package! Are you kidding me? I’ve never seen that picture in my life and it’s a stark contrast to what I thoughtfully planned, created, and paid for!
I was hoping my first, month-long debacle was a fluke and that I might actually be able to recommend this company in the future, but now I’m advising people steer clear of this dumpster fire of a company. How can you mess up a customized order that you accept money for? 😡

Echoing the other reviews, you'll have a long and frustrating wait for your order. I was told my a representative that "The 100% Happiness Guarantee applies to the frame when you receive it" not to any other part of the service. After the third time giving these jokers my money I can attest that they should be avoided at all costs.

Réponse de Framebridge
I guess my experience is consistent with some of the other reviews.
I ordered a frame on January 8th, 2019 and it is now February 13th, 2019 and I have still not received the product nor has customer service made any attempt to remedy the situation.
I've spoken twice with customer service and the first time the rep told me there was some delay, they're sorry, and it should ship in a couple days. I hadn't heard anything in a week so I decided to check in again. Same message this time, it is finishing production and should ship out in a couple days.
What's going on? Customer rep can't give me a straight answer.
