Franco Manca Avis 

Should have bought a pizza from tesco for 1/3 of the price. I just had a takeaway pizza from the Blackheath restaurant which was bland, limp and lacking ingredients on top. I spent close to £14 for a 'Veg Special' which was truly awful and not worth eating.
I have been a customer of Franco Manca for the past 10 years, regularly eating at and taking away from various restaurants. Unfortunately, recently it has become usual to have very few ingredients on top of the pizza, I suspect a profit making mission by the company. Disappointing when it has previously been great!

Went to the one in soho on Tuesday and I'm glad I went before I read the reviews as The reviews are not like how it was there (whether I got lucky I'm unsure) but from the minute we arrived to the minute we left it was all great the food was Superb (Too much food I feel It filled us both up) I will definitely will be returning. It was a lovely atmosphere

La pizza, tutto sommato, era anche decente, ma vedere un topo camminare nel locale mentre stavo mangiando è qualcosa di inaccettabile.
Un'esperienza del genere annulla completamente qualsiasi giudizio sul cibo. L'igiene dovrebbe essere la base, soprattutto in una zona così frequentata come il London Bridge. Mi aspettavo standard molto più alti.
Fa ancora più rabbia perché si tratta di una pizzeria italiana all'estero che dovrebbe rappresentare l'eccellenza e la qualità italiana, non certo scene del genere.

Horrible service didn’t even take our order we were waiting for 20+ minutes 😪

Went to the Cardiff restaurant last night. The food here is lovely but the service is so poor. We arrived and waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. The tap lager was horrible. Food was really lovely. But our waitress never came to see if we were ok or if we needed more drinks or dessert. After trying to get someones attention for 10 minutes we decided to leave. The bill came and we asked for the optional tip to be removed and then encountered eye rolls, dirty looks and another prolonged wait. Noone came to ask what the issue was. When the final bill without tip arrived I asked for the card machine, and then the staff went to clean dishes so we had to ask again. Rude and discourteous. We won't be returning.

I have never met a pizza I didn't like. But this was awful. Soggy wet base, completely flavourless expect for grease and I couldn't even finish it. My partner finished his but felt sick after. Pizzas for 2 outrageously expensive as a service charge was added but we were too fed up to say anything. Sad sad meal.

I love the Franco Manca's pizza in Wimbledon. Staff are very friendly. I have been there for many years now

Rather disappointed with our visit. 5 adults. Selected our choices but were told “ no artichoke” for my dish. “No chicken” for the pizza or pasta dishes. “No apple juice” or in fact any type of juices. No named lager or beer. Supermarket was nearby?
Basic stools/ bench for seating.
Not impressed with the wcs. Area in and around sinks rather grubby and floors needed a clean. Slow service all round.

Me and my friends had a great time!
5 star service,5 star employees and most importantly 5 star pizza!!!
Would 100% come again but I'm not drinking the chili oil again

It was amazing the food the bathroom service the pizza I would go for a birthday or a special event

Oh dear- used to love Franca Manca! What’s happened? The service was poor, understaffed. The pizza was burnt and the toppings were barely there.

Waited over 50 minutes for a take away pizza Notting Hill branch, also a side salad that looked like it was left over from the street.
Asked for money back in the salad, pizza just ok.
I am in the wrong business!

Franco manca used to have the best sourdough pizzas. For many years it has been my family's favourite pizza place. Sourdough is much healthier for you than a thick dough

Whatever happened to the original Italian pizza place that in the last 2 years pizza have gone thicker and the staff are definitely less skilled in making pizzas. I have a feeling it is because hardly any Italians work in Franco Manca nowadays. People from an Indian subcontinent are good in dhaal, curries, naans etc but this talent does not transfer to making pizza as nature intended.
I am a big fan of Indian food and love going to Indian restaurants but when I fancy pizza I would like it to taste as an old fashioned sourdough pizza and not some funky thick dough mix.

Cheltenham branch. Always had a good experience on previous occasions but our visit on Saturday lunchtime has spoilt it for us. Initially told us they couldn't accommodate us but the restaurant was mostly empty. Told us we could sit outside which we did. We then watched as some walk-ins were sat down whilst others were turned away. It was completely random. Anyway our service was poor - they kept forgetting we were there. Not sure we'll be back.

Maria from the Marylebone store has been great, both very professional and very kind. Would definetely come again

Collection order, wasn't ready, made to stand and wait for half an hour while they handed over orders to delivery drivers. After being told to wait "two minutes" over and over again, they finally appeared with our 5 pizzas and 3 salads. Got home and the pizzas were inedible - half cooked and cold. The base looks and tased like soggy cardboard. Disgusting food and disinterested, lazy staff.

Really disappointed with the pizza I ordered. It was not well cooked, the dough was soggy, hardly any topping and it turned up all squashed up. I will not be buying from here again.

Ordered i pizza and came like a junk !
Looks like someone sit on my pizza everything is splashed on the middle of the pizza . The worst looking pizza I have ever seen ! Horror!

We ate at the Cheltenham branch and had great pizza’s with very tasty ingredients and nice thin bases. The no label lager was also good. We were served by Kyle who was very friendly and knowledgeable and the pizza’s were cooked by Wagnar. Would definitely come here again.

Very poor customer service!! Very rude! we were told to get a takeaway instead of accomodating us a table.
