Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Avis 

the service was fast there were no errors in my meal and the atmosphere was very welcoming

I was an little disappointed today Sunday October 20, 24 ( 9:13 pm) of Freddy's in Brookhaven PA. They was out of medium size cups so they had to charge me .30 cents for a large cup soda....why people have to pay cuz the company ran out of supplies. The hamburger meat was half way off the bun. Had to pick up the meat to put it fully on the bun ( had to do it to all the hamburger that we order. "If the workers using up all the cups then they should bring in their own washable cups so they can get a drink and not use up all the cups".
The food was fresh & taste!!!!!!!!!!!

My Drive-thru Cashier was so respectful. A little chit chat and even though I ordered just a lg fry and lg cheesecurds, he asked me if I wanted something to drink. Of course I answered "yes an ice water please." It showed me that this young man was extremely considerate of his customers. Great to see!

Our favorite plate is Chicago Dog also our deserts is Hawaiian Sundae and both of this were discontinued
in the menu we are very disappointed Is your company consider put them back in the menu? That's will be great for the old folk date!

The service was great. Efficient, fast accurate and friendly. The food was delicious...love the French fries and fry sauce. I had the all beef hot dog and my Husband had the steak burger number 1 and loved it. Good Value, place is always clean and staff friendly. Manager was Brad in Maple Grove MN. We go often.

I have loved Freddy's since they showed up in Houston. But last month happened and I am FINISHED with freddys (little letters intentional)!
I stopped at the freddys I ha e visited since it opened in Baytown, Texas a few years ago. I went in for a quick lunch. NOT I waited, along with about twenty others, for one hour and twenty-five minutes! Really, 85 minutes. I finally went to find out what was wrong only to find that my order was not even in the line! Others were having the same issue. The manager(?) person was rude and arrogant to all the customers.
I finally saw the problem. The drive thru was being served very fast instead of the in store customers.
That isn't the only problem with freddys! The corporate structure will not follow up on any complaints and will not call back if you leave a message (I left four)!
I was sent a text that said the franchise owner would be in touch....crickets, after four weeks!
I like the product but not enough to tolerate a fifth rank people company policy!
In short, I will never eat another freddys product! Miss the food, will not be abused by a "fast food" hole!

Steakburger is wrong name! The wait in line at drive through WAY TOO LONG! Burger just barely warm and too dry. Requested no ketchup. Burger drowning in mustard. Should have requested no mustard and no pickle along with no ketchup. Ate half and tossed half. Onion rings hot but lacked flavor. First and last visit. will NOT go again!

The moment I walked into this restaurant I knew I should have walked right back out, the floor and every single table were dirty. I ordered anyway. I placed my order with the cashier. He lacked personality. I took my cups over to the "filling station" and had to hold them the entire time for fear of sitting them on the nasty counter and contaminating the cups. I hate to be so negative, but there were plenty of staff, why they didn't clean is beyond me. Burger didn't have the crispy edges as advertised, 8 kids goofing around behind the counter. They charged me $3.19 for a small order of fried potatoes that were very greasy. Overall I give it a gig F-.

I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with a large pepsi a side of onions ring and a vanilla cookie in the drive through
of course i got home with NO fries!!
I called the store on fry road in houston and let them know the situation, and was told i had 24 hours to come get my fries or else forget it!!
I promise you i will NEVER go to this place again
because clearly they make their customers pay for the restaurant mistakes!!

Attn: Gary Grewe, When are you going to open in or near The Villages. It will probably be your Number ONE location by sales as are several other Nationwide franchise restaurants? You are missing out on a sure thing.
