Cancellation
Grace was excellent at dealing with my cancellation , shame I've had to leave but automatically renewing my policy when I've specifically asked them not to is so annoying , especially as the cost was 35 % more than new quotes.

From our review, we can see that when you contacted us regarding changing from your pickup vehicle to a car, our adviser explained the limitations of the existing policy and offered to transfer you to our Sales team for a quotation on your new vehicle. This offer was declined at the time.
We appreciate that changing vehicles and insurance arrangements can sometimes be frustrating, and we're sorry if the service did not meet your expectations. Our intention is always to provide clear information and suitable options based on a customer's needs.

Had a problem with my policy shortly after creating it. Staff (Bella) on phone was polite and helpful and helped me to resolve the problem. Notedly high-quality service.
