Recieved another call call from freedom today, I was quoted by txt by another company which would have saved me a whopping £4 per month from van Co not even 4 loafs of bread per month.. Been with freedom for a while now n I've decided to stick with them.. The lady I spoke with today as with other people I've spoke with are very curtious, and kind which for me means alot. Thankyou for your time and callback. 👍

Sent me a renewal quote for £550, did a new search through freedom brokers and got a quote of £330, someone’s not doing their job

Insurance premiums are calculated based on the information held on a policy at the time a quote is generated.
Having reviewed your case, we can see that the policy purchased through a new quotation contains a number of differences compared to the details held on your renewal policy.
Changes to factors such as occupation, vehicle usage, vehicle value, annual mileage, excess levels, driver details and other rating factors can have a significant impact on the premium offered.
As there appear to be several differences between the two quotations, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss these with you and ensure the correct information has been used throughout.
