Brian very Helpful…
Insurance advisor Brian was really lovely helping me change over my husbands insurance from one vehicle to another. I am usually so stressed doing anything to do with insurance but Brian made the whole experience pleasant and went smoothly..I am very grateful..Thank You Brian. 10/10

Would give zero if possible. I’ll keep it short, this company have 1 stars on google reviews.
Nothing but problems for over one month from taking out my policy. This company request the incorrect documents from me for my policy. They hung the phone up on me whilst trying to sort out the problems. I reported them to the ombudsman. I only finally sorted the problem out after having to speak with the underwriter, who was the ones that told me that freedom had requested the wrong information.
I will never use this company again and wish I hadn’t in the first place.
I don’t care about any reply you write to this review, I’m past caring. You were at fault and finally admitting it in my final response complaint letter.
What a shambles!!!!
