The way I have been treated is disgusting
I renewed my insurance with you out of loyalty even though your I got a quote for the same cover over £60 less with a competitor
My cover as now been revoked because of information I didn’t give because I was not asked at the time of my renewal, when I asked why you wanted this information I was given no reason and the call was ended
Once I have my refund I will go your competitor

As a person not so tech savvie I foun
For a person not so tech savvie I found the setting up of my insurance was so easy and easy to understand, plus the fact that I could arrange the whole thing on the internet without having to speak to someone was a joy as I actually find it rather difficult to hear on the telephone.
Thanks Freedom I will be back next year.
