Freedom Destinations Avis

Approached Freedom Destinations to organise a trip to New Zealand. We were talked through options, pricing and how to custom make our plans. Staff were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way and nothing was a trouble to them. We were booked up in no time and were sent lots of links for additional information and confirmation of flights, motorhome hire etc the same day. We are not familiar with long haul travel and they took so much time with us to ensure they understood our needs. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used Freedom Destinations twice now for my around the world trip and my Canada road trip and both times they have been very professional and helpful. Always friendly and are very knowledgeable about any holiday destination.

My travel consultant was able to pull together my trip in no time....it was a bucket list trip....

Friendly and very reliable, consistently so

This is the second time we've used Freedom Destinations and the booking process and the service we received was first class. Would definitely recommend.

It was so easy and straightforward. Thank you

I have been most impressed with the service I have received during the organising and booking of our holiday. I have obtained information from Byrony, Mei and Russell all of whom have been extremely helpful and accommodated our wishes.
Everything has flowed very smoothly so far. I will most certainly recommend them.

Great all the way through booking. I changed my plans a couple of times and it was no problem.

I found James very helpful very knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble James answered all my questions and made any changes I wanted a big thank you to you James

Alice at Freedom is brilliant! She always finds us a great holiday and helps us pick some super activities. She’s my go to for travelling to America! Very knowledgeable. Thanks, the Lloyds

The attention from Vicki who organised everything for us perfectly made our booking really easy.

One phone call spoke to Courtney and explained when and where we wanted to go and what we wanted to visit and within a couple of days it was all sorted and booked

Our trip to South Africa was arranged without fuss in hours and Maritha at Freedom Destinations was a joy to speak with. We would certainly consider using FD again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to family and friends.

Excellent customer service.
Friendly staff.
Highly recommend.

It was great to have one person who dealt with our queries and booking, helping to personalise our trip. Tricia was friendly and so helpful, making the process very easy.

The whole experience from the first phone call and quite a few more calls from us changing our minds/ things for our New Zeland trip, was polite, professional, helpful and responses and quotes were updated promptly.
Information provided by the agent regarding some of the small details was very useful e.g one way drop off fees, road tax per kilometer charges etc. These were not highlighted by others.
The price was very competitive, and saved us a good amount against similar quotes.
Abbie was amazing.
Freedom destinations were recommended to to us by a family member who booked with them recently.

Freedom Destinations, genuinely organised the trip of a lifetime. Our travel consultant, Sam, really understood what we wanted and what would suit us the most. She organised everything, flights, hotels, trains, private transfers and excursions. We had such an amazing holiday and it was all so simple, smooth running and stress free. Amazing service!

Very friendly and helpful. Alice understood our needs really well and provided us with a tour that was just what we were looking for.
