I made a mistake in my order and contacted support. I was expecting a chat bot and FAQs that lead nowhere, and a lengthy process to rectify it (as is standard these days), and was amazed at the rapid and excellent response I got from Siful and the team.

Ich kaufte eine Domain die man dann natürlich erst minten muss, nachdem man dafür bezahlt hat.

WalletConect sollte eigentlich dafür sorgen, dass man seine eigene Wallet dafür verwenden kann um die Sicherheit zu erhöhen.

Doch Leider hängt WalletConnect auf der Seite in der ewigen Warteschleife.

Wenn man den Support kontaktiert, wird man nur ignoriert.

Man wird dadurch gezwungen, die Domains an die Custody Wallet von freename zu binden, wodurch freename am Ende die volle Kontrolle über die Domain hat obwohl ich sie käuflich erworben habe für fast 180$.

Ich rate hier zu äußerster vorsicht!!!

You can purchase Web3 domain TLDs, which are new domain extensions, but the domain names themselves can be expensive. For example, I bought a .swiss🇨🇭 extension for about €79 and received a bonus 30-50% discount. However, when trying to buy a domain like Leonard.swiss🇨🇭, they charge €25. The service claims that Leonardo is in higher demand than Leonard and asks for an absurd €490 for that domain, which I also want. The service is uncooperative, ignores my emails, and repeatedly gives the same response. This leaves me feeling angry and disappointed.

Man kann Web3 Domains TLD das bedeutet neue Endungen von Domains kaufen. Aber kann selbst die Domain-Namen teuer kaufen. So habe ich eine Endung .Swiss🇨🇭 für etwa 79,- gekauft. Und noch einen Bonus 30 oder 50% Rabatt. Wenn ich aber eine Domain zum Beispiel Leonard.swiss🇨🇭 kaufen möchte dann verlangen sie 25,-. Und der Service behauptet eine aussage das Leonardo wäre noch begehrter als Leonard als Vorname und verlangt dann für diese Domain, die ich auch gerne meinen eigen haben möchte, völlig absurde 490,-. Der Service ist überhaupt nicht kooperativ und leitet keine weitergehenden Anfragen an die Geschäftsleitung weiter, sondern ignoriert meine E-Mail und antwortet immer stoisch das gleiche.
Was bleibt ist WUT und Enttäuschung.

Great service that offers you TLDs at a fair price in a package that covers it all.
But the fee is poorly designed as owning a TLD does not mean that you own the rights to the subdomains. You can get up to 50% of the royalty. To be clear, if you create a brand name and make it a TLD e.g. ".yourbrandname" you will have to pay a hefty fee for "employee1.yourbrandname" or any other SLD you want to use or sell yourself.

i have no luck getting anything out of the tld or sld i purchased. no web link and no email and no chat. cant use any of the existing wallets to show the domains. im still waiting.
