Freeway Avis 

Had a puncture in central TW - AA attended and fitted their spare wheel and asked where I wanted to go. This was at 16.55 and I nominated Freeway TW who close at 17.00. AA guy called them and they agreed to stay open and wait for our arrival, Arrived at app 17.15 - AA tire removed - new tire fitted for me and away by 17.30. Absolutely outstanding service from both parties who I would heartily recommend.

Very poor experience with this service overall. The RAC arranged this service for me. The Freeway call handler gave unclear payment instructions ie not giving reasons for a full payment bank transfer to be completed before the van was even dispatched, although he had told me the van was already on the way on the first contact. This caused delays, and the fitter arrived well after the original timeframe I was given, with no introduction or basic customer service skills. The only positive was that the tyre was fitted quickly once he started. I’m giving 2 stars for that alone, but I won’t be recommending this service.

I cannot praise these guys enough.
I was panicking as my car had totally shut down. I called Freeway to ask their advice, and straight away I was told that Nigel will be there in 10 minutes.
When he arrived he was so lovely, and caring. I had a flat battery, so he got my car started, then said if I drive to Freeway….. he will be behind me….which was so good to know (as I was worried that it would stop again) When I got there I was immediately called to drive into a bay. Within 10 minutes I was totally sorted.
I will always go here….. as these days the service you get here is quite unique.

Freeway is the gold standard of professionalism, customer service and technical efficiency. This is a real family business who are brilliant at what they do and honest. They go above and beyond for their customers and as a new driver in my 50’s who knew nothing about cars and asked some pretty daft questions nothings is ever a problem and they have explained and taken time. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Freeway.

Exceptional service experience again:

I suffered a puncture last night so called Freeway first thing this morning. They were short staffed due to a virus affecting a number of their technicians yet still sent a manager out to my home 10miles away. Manager attended within 25mins. New tyre fitted within 15mins of his arrival. From first call to getting back on the road took just 40mins, which is fantastic, and this happened when they are struggling with a lack of technical resource. I have been a customer of Freeway for over 20yrs. What happened today reflects the truly exceptional service I have had from this family run local business always.

Amazing customer service - y front left headlight suddenly went and I pulled in yesterday at 5.10pm - I was told they could fix it but would have to come back today as they close at 5pm and there was no-one there to do it. Suddenly Liam appeared and offered to change the bul there and then. Nigel also appeared. The job was done in less than 5 minutes. They recommended a place to go to fix an electric fault on my car. I am so grateful to them for their professionalism, consideration and kindness in a world that feels so devoid of these human touches - highly recommend Freeway.

Really impressed with the whole process . From start to finish the communication was great and kept me informed all the way to collecting my car . Thanks Andy and the guys . I would certainly recommend and i will be back again in a few years .

I have been using them for many years now. They are always helpful, polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They are also reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I sent them a message last night and they called me back first thing in the morning. Within half an hour the fitter Ben was on my doorstep, despite the pouring rain he quickly fitted my new tyres and I was ready to hit the road again. Fantastic service, no call out charge and very reasonable price for the tyres.

Outstanding service! Engine light on with lack of power. Independently twice been diagnosed as broken/blocked Cat Converter. Freeway could have just replaced (Nearly £1000) but Liam diagnosed broken turbo actuator rod. Part unavailable, only whole turbo replacement!!...but left with them and Liam removed actuator body, got welded by a specialist and fitted all back together. Car as good as new and half the price of turbo or cat. Can't recommend highly enough.

Hi i rang the Poole branch first thing today. I had a new tyre fitted at home by mid morning. Excellent service, courteous technician & competitive price. Thanks for saving a lady in distress!

I found Freeways terrible. They didn’t manage to fix my car, they then caused another issue where it didn’t even feel like they were sorry. I took it to another garage afterwards who said they would never have fixed the initial problem with their diagnosis so I feel duped out of money. I would not recommend them at all. I then tried to contact them to report my issues and they have ignored me so far!

My car was making a terrible sound when accelerating and I was concerned about it, so took it in to Freeway. They were able to fit me in the next day - it turned out to only be a minor problem, but the team are always helpful and accommodating and honest about the options and costs to fix any issues

The customer service here is brilliant. Everyone so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are a very reliable team and I would highly recommend them.
