Raghu was very helpful in pointing me to areas where I can edit my landing pages for courses, edit and update my home page website, and more. He helped me better understand the FreshLearn tool and pointed me to helpful videos to explore.

Teja was excellent - her English was perfect and see made me feel very comfortable as she taked me through the issue.

Freshlearn is a very user friendly LMS platform. Their Support system is very quick and efficient and out there to help. They are always willing to listen to new ideas which might be a requirement for their customers and are always looking forward to better upgrades making their customers life more easy. FreshLearn took care of my migration, bringing over all of the modules of my course from another platform as well as my subscribers. When I'm stuck figuring something out, scheduling a support call is so easy! Rahul explains and shows how the system works. While FreshLearn doesn't yet have all the functionality of my prior platform, I'm happy to work within their parameters for the cost savings.

I love this product. So easy to use and has lots of improvements since my first use. Great customer service too. I feel it was designed to be user friendly for non techy online entrepreneurs yet has so many features you'll need to scale your business. I especially love the Masterclass feature and trying it out right awayand the community

Got all my issues resolved. Helped me with members import and gave 1:1 guidance on how to set up email templates and helped with Cloudflare issues.

I migrated to FreshLearn from teachable, and I have been so impressed with the very fast responsiveness on any questions that come up for me, from payments, to email setup, to technical issues. The platform is still growing and there are occasionally bugs that show up, but the team is very quick to resolve them and provide solutions. Rahul, Raghu and the other members of the support team are great and friendly to work with, and they genuinely want to make the experience as smooth as possible for users. I can definitely recommend this platform and I expect to see it only get better with time.

The Suport Staff are the Best! They are knowledgeable and helpfull. They are also kind and forgiving of us with less knowledge. I feel that Raghu and Tega are my friends. Nice feeling when confused about the technicalities of the Fresh Learn site. Gives me hope.
