Received excellent service from Michael, very knowledgeable on the resort. Answered the numerous questions that we had. Also provided some additional information about options for New Years eve. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish, we were recommended to frontier ski so glad we called!. Michael is knowledgeable of all resorts and spent time with us , It was our first holiday with Frontier and certainly not the last (already booked again). Michael helped us choose the resort and accomodation for our needs and wishes and he nailed it ! We chose Panorama, the accomodation was brilliant the ski area perfect . Thankyou Michael for the perfect holiday and those personnal touches that make all the difference.

Jeanette was great . We had a high level view of what we wanted to do in Canada but Jeanette really filled in the detail and made recommendations about where to stay , transport etc . Once we agreed the final plan Jeanette took care of all the booking and prior to travel we were given a very detailed pack of itinerary tickets etc .
One of the hotels we had planned to stay at had a hail storm which meant our room was no longer usable and the the team sorted it all out for us . We had an easy, fantastic and memorable trip thanks to the help of the Frontier travel and we would highly recommend them .

From start to finish, the process of booking our Canada honeymoon trip was so easy, Jeanette sent us an itinerary that gave us more stops to break up the driving than we originally planned which we liked and booked. A week before we were due to go Kelowna was hit by wildfires and travel was impossible. Jeanette quickly and promptly organised the hotel changes needed, keeping us stress free in the run up to the wedding. I would really recommend their service to anyone thinking of heading to Canada. The major pro was getting better quality hotels for cheaper than the price we were seeing online!! You won’t be disappointed

Canada 2023: the personal touch.
This was our second holiday arranged by Frontier Travel. There would have been another in 2020 but ... well, Covid.
Just as before, what stood out about the whole, massively-enjoyable experience was the attention to detail and the ability to be flexible for our personal preferences. The choice of accommodation, length of stay (our timescale was brief!) and transport were all just what (we discovered) we wanted - from fine city hotels - where the personal touch was still very evident - to intimate, tucked-away inns by the water - brilliant for their warm welcome, to lovely train rides and a series of great drives around Nova Scotia. Even the one weaker spot was an "interesting" experience, just too many stairs and too much large furniture!
But talking of flexibility, what stood out was when we were faced by the reality of Hurricane Lee, with local advice/instruction being to stay put. Frontier and their local partner leapt to our assistance and were able to get us hunkered down for the duration - really grateful.
The whole trip remains a kaleidoscope of experiences - all fascinating and almost entirely excellent. Thanks to Frontier Travel, and Joanne Moores in particular, who worked for us throughout, we love Canada even more.

Sandra and Jeremy were extremely helpful in planning our holiday which was brilliant and ticked all our boxes.

We were also grateful for the speedy response, support and resolution in relation to a couple of small issues (not of FT’s making) whilst we were away.

My friend and I traveled to the Lonesome Spur Ranch in Montana. The ranch is something to experience in person as although the photos are great, the views and people are fabulous.
As a guest, you are made to feel part of the ranch family and are included in everything that is happening during your stay. This is not a "dude" ranch, so be prepared for early mornings. These are rewarded tenfold by the cooler mornings and relaxing late afternoons after a well deserved shower! The horses are matched to your abilities and are fabulous to ride.
Depending on the season, you could be rounding up a whole herd, assisting in the branding of new calves, moving cattle between watering holes, etc. One thing is for sure, each time you visit it will be different!

We had great support throughout our booking and with the many questions we had. Jeanette answered so many out of hours, we felt very supported on our first fly drive. Our pack of information arrived well in advance, and we had an amazing fly drive through Canada, with many memories made. Our accommodation was ideal and suitable, we particularly loved the Alpine Meadows. A very positive experience.

If I could put 10 star I would. Trip to Newfoundland organized by Frontier was spectacular. I hit all the highlights. Plus they were very sensitive to time restrictions for me and made sure that I saw the best of the best in the time I had. the icebergs were spectacular the accommodations second to none and very affordable and the restaurants just fantastic. stopped at little pubs and watched people get screeched in. the sites were overwhelming. I thank you frontier for putting together such a great trip. You are my number one go to from now on thank you thank you.
