Renewal quote received for house insurance was less that last year and less than any found on comparison site searches. Renewal was quick and easy. Would recommend.

So far so good. Renewal easy but suddenly it's on credit cards not direct debit. No claim made so the hard bit really unknown. Fingers crossed we never need to know :-)

I went online to get home insurance with Frontier …last year somehow I ended with home insurance for a higher price for some kind of lodging house that I don’t have ..I only have a small semi with my lady friend … I had already paid so couldn’t be bothered to challenge that …so I left it …This summer heatwave I had trouble with tiles on my kitchen floor breaking now 20 ish splitting and cracking .. We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify things.
We would like to reassure you that we are not saying that cover is not available. We have previously asked you to submit a claim through your online account so that our Claims Team can properly review what has happened and assess whether cover is available in line with your policy. Unfortunately, a claim has not yet been submitted, so we are unable to assess this further at this stage. You will need to log into your account and submit a claim online for our Claims Team to review.
Regarding your concerns about the property being referred to as a lodge/lodging house, we have emailed you separately with further information. We have also asked you for some additional details so that we can look into this for you, but unfortunately we have not yet received a response.
We understand that dealing with damage to your home can be frustrating, and we are happy to help you through the process. Please respond to our email when you can, and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
