Amazing customer service
I ordered two frostbuddies as a gift.They were either stolen or there's a problem with the delivery man.I notified the company they got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time and after a couple of questions.They let me know that I met their qualifications for another order.They took care of everything.I received it today.I just can't say enough.But what a great customer service experience this was they really do care that you are a happy customer.It definitely shows this is a family company.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone
Received a email with a sale on a frost…
Received a email with a sale on a frost buddy I was looking at. When clicking the link. Just two hours it was sent to me, it brought me to the product 15 dollars higher than what was being advertised in their email. Their customer service rep just basically shrugged it off saying sorry it’s misleading. Thank you letting us help you.
Charged twice!!
Was charged on Nove 14 then again on Nov. 24. for ONE product. Customer service is lacking.. just it "should" drop off and then "contact your bank" This has put me in a negative balance in my bank account.!! buyer beware
BOO shipping and customer service
Should've received my order on 10/4/25, however they couldn't deliver it for a bs lie they stated, and it was left at my local post office. Still have yet to receive it even after sending 4 emails. They finally responded to 1 email giving me my new tracking # from my post office. Funny thing is, I already had that tracking number since 10/6/25 and I provided it to FROSTBUDDY in one of my emails. Wow so helpful. At this point I don't want the cup or a refund. Just done.
frost buddy…disappointment.
I have ordered 9 times from frost buddy and have always been a fan, however, I place an almost $200 order on July 4 and never received it. They sent me a replacement order after I asked them not to. Most of the items were a gift and I no longer needed the gift. So my 2nd order finally came August 8 and now I’m getting the run around about returning it. Telling me I have to use the original order number, but now it’s expired. If I use the replacement order number my anticipated refund is $0.00. They won’t just email me a return label. Their customer service is a joke, terrible!!!!

First, one of my items went to back order status the day after my order was placed and they did not reach out to me to see if there was another color I wanted. No notification at all. It did not indicate when I ordered that there was another color issue. I was able to reach someone via email when I had not received my order after two weeks. They shipped the alternate color. Received them and they were bigger than we wanted so I started the return process. Sent them back from a FedEx store per their instructions and after a month of shipping they finally received the items back or at least that’s what the email I received over a week ago said. I am still waiting for the refund. I have messaged these folks several times throughout this process of returning and literally have not received any communication.
I have read that it is a small company and if you’re not able to make the advertised shipping dates or have a delayed response that should be indicated somewhere because at this point it just looks like you’re a poor company to do business with!
Fraudulent Shipping Dates
I ordered and paid extra for shipping ($12.99) as the website advised it would be delivered today. When I contacted customer service, they advised me it was still processing and needed to wait 3-5 business days for processing. The website clearly states a "get it by" date which was today June 9th. When I asked Frost Buddy to just cancel my order and refund my money, I received no response. I do not appreciate false advertising with the delivery date and now the poor customer service with no response. I purchased this product with the intent to use it on my trip this week. Hence choosing the rushed shipping.

Ordered about 100.00 worth of product and it never shipped. I contact customer service and they are absolutely no help and tell me it takes 5 days to ship and it’s been well over 5 days. Can’t get a refund and the company DELETES bad reviews (search on Reddit) I am now just hoping I can get my money back but it doesn’t look promising.

This company has some amazing products, the people that work for them are amazing. The Co-Founder Brock is such a humble person. He really listens to what his customers want. Besides the products being amazing the company’s morales are right up there at the top. They have a podcast you can listen to to learn more about Brock and his Brother Mitch, and how they came up with the idea. I highly recommend this company and their products to anyone who is willing to listen! I PROMISE you will not be disappointed!
