Considering being a funeral home is never the greatest of things, Jayne and Rachel were amazing.

They dealt with taking care of our mum, Pat Bartlett, with empathy and care. So much so that my sister is going back to sort out her direct funeral plan with them.

While you never want to have to recommend a funeral home I have to say that this team is exactly who you want to have to go through this time with.

Jane from our local care place was absolutely fantastic and answered every question. Really good service and the guys who bought my aunt to our home and to the crematorium were absolutely fantastic and very respectful and again, talked to me respectfully and explained the process to my family who carried the coffin really respectfully

The empathy of all the staff at funeral home and the outstanding demeanour of the Chief Mourner and his Team. The day of the funeral went without a hitch as Andrew the Chief Mourner had rung me the day before, to go through timings of the day. On the day Andrew was so attentive to our family's needs(which were all slightly different), he ensured we had the time we needed. The instructions to his team were faultless. We were not rushed after the funeral, we were given as much time and space that we required. I can only say thank you for the service you provided.

The Coop Funeral Care in Liss helped me and my family from the moment I called them to collect my relative after they had passed, to help with arranging the service at the crematorium. Terrell and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Issues with size of coffin. Ask for some of our sons hair, didn't happen. Flowers were horrible. Vehicles internally unclean.

From initial contact to the actual funeral, everything was dealt with professionally and sympathetically. The staff were helpful at all times, keeping me up to date with what was happening and guiding me with what needed to be done. Everyone at the company was extremely kind and understanding which took away some of the stress from an emotional and difficult time.

The two ladies that we dealt with at Worthing (Goring Rd) were fantastic. They were extremely helpful, making the whole process of dealing with my fathers funeral far less stressful by dealing with everything. They listened to our needs and arranged everything that we needed.
The funeral went off very well, with everything we had asked for being in place.

Fantastic attention to the details and nothing too much trouble. Support from your team at the Chapel of Rest was attentive and supportive. They made a difficult time as beautiful as possible. On the day of the funeral we couldn’t have been more looked after. Nick our Celebrant did an amazing job of capturing our Dad’s personality and charm. Flowers were also perfect.

Amanda, at the Waterlooville town centre branch, was always so helpful, kind, caring and endlessly patient. She took the time to ask about Mum’s interests and at all times spoke with compassion and sincerity. I will definitely be recommending her.

Our experience as a family was excellent and all down to Mark at the Uckfield branch who dealt with us and held our hands so to speak throughout the whole process, we felt Mark made this all easier for us all. Robbies final journey was a good one down to the last detail.
