Furniture Island Avis 

Purchased my sofa from Furniture Island a few months ago. Having had it now for a few months I can confidently say I made the right choice. The sofa is doing us great, the customer service we received was fantastic, a very knowledgable and trusted team. The men who delivered were lovely and my experience overall has been great, can’t recommend them enough!

Ash Rana at the Tamworth store could not have been more helpful! He has a lot of product knowledge and told us everything we needed to know. He wasn't pushy and incredibly polite.

Terrible experience from ordering to receiving and ongoing. There is a huge lack of communication between staff, I organised to pay by card, then they expected cash on day of delivery, then I finally managed to organise it with them, then it arrived and they expected cash again and so on! But I thought ‘don’t base your opinion on one bad experience with the company’ plus when it finally was sorted I had a very nice sofa which I loved until a few months later when it broke! I tried to contact customer services via email, had one response and then all my emails thereafter were ignored. Then I tried Facebook messenger. No apology except that they’d look into it. Then after that, again no reply and no more responses to my messages! Then tried WhatsApp at their request and had to do this repeatedly as no response or just not seeming to know what's going on. After months of this, they finally just said they won't replace or refund it as it's classed as wear and tear. Not sure on what planet a sofa only lasts 2-3 months! Tried to place a formal complaint and surprise, surprise no response!
Really disappointed, I’ve never left a bad review before and accept that mistakes happen but this has been over and over!

I recently purchased a sofa it is very comfy and good quality ,delivery was fast and it was very good customer service. I would 100% recommend furniture island to people. The people in the office was very helpful and polite.

Purchased a beautiful Charcoal Grey Dior 2&3 seat sofa with the same colour footstool in September 2019, delivery should have been within 4 weeks; unfortunately, with numerous phone calls between us, delivery was nearly 8 weeks later. My one bone of contention is the lack of customer service to remedy their wrong doings such as delivering the wrong colour and sized footstool and not taking responsibility to provide me with the correct footstool. From November 2019 to date , we are no nearer to my having my correct footstool delivered to my address.
All their e-mail address is invalid, phone calls are fallen on deaf ears , lip service provided, and therefore, this matter has been escalated to where it didn't need to go. Please be careful when using this company

Sofa looked like it had been used when it said new, kids even noticed and they’re 5 & 7 yrs old. Would be 1 star if girl on the phone wasn’t so friendly

Furniture island is a very good company. I brought the Windsor corner and it’s so comfortable and amazing!! The delivery was on time and the guys were very helpful.

I visited Furniture Island and I found it with wonderful and excellent all types of furniture. I saw variety of sofas and I selected a beautiful and comfortable sofa, the price was affordable and I bought it gladly.
We are using it for a while, my family and children are using it all the time and we got it very comfortable with excellent quality.

I have ordered my sofa from Woodgreen had delivered yesterday and it looks wonderful, good value for money I would recommend furniture island as they service was great and quick easy and gives you the option to pay for your sofa once its set in your house. I had few people comment on my sofa how good it looks but they can’t believe how much I paid for it.

Seriously despicable service all round !!! Agree with other reviews wish I had reeds them before I purchased an now sitting with a sofa that is 6 months old and it is knackered !! Very poor quality but worse than that the customer service leaves you speechless ! Trying to charge me so that a delivery driver can come out and inspect the mechanism on the recliner to see if it’s our fault it’s broken !! Needless to say I wound be parting with another penny !! I could rant on forever about promised and missed deliveries am at the point now that if I want to contact them I have to withhold my number because they don’t answer the phone if they see my number !! Do yourself and your finances a favour and shop elsewhere !!
