Sofa looks amazing, extremely reasonably priced, exceptional customer service, free delivery and assembly, what more can one ask for. I was very pleased with the service provided by Furniture Story. The process was painless, and they kept me up to date with timelines and delivery through out. Upon delivery day the two men, had quite the task to move the sofa up several steps to an outbuilding and did so with little fuss and were very polite and considerate when doing so. The sofa looks great and we're really pleased with the look and quality. Visitors couldn't believe the cost too, thinking it was much more expensive than what we paid! Overall - really pleased.

Lovely sofa at a very reasonable price. We had a bit of hiccups first of all with the sofa fabric which was out of stock and then with the surprise delivery while I was away. But Gema from customer service was extremely helpful. And my new sofa is perfect. Also, the delivery guys were great they have been easy to work with and very flexible on the changes to the plan.

I came across Furniture Story by chance when googling sofa companies. Seeing the prices, customisation and the 10year warranty, I was very sceptical. I read Google and Trustpilot reviews but was still concerned. I got in touch with Furniture story to ensure the legitimacy of the website/company. I spoke to Gemma who others mentioned in reviews and she was just absolutely amazing. She was honest, understanding, extremely helpful, prompt and eased my worries everytime I communicated with her. I still took my time to order though as I was still worried something may go wrong.
I now enjoy the comfort of an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL sofa, customised to the way I'd like, with Gemma's help, and realise I should have ordered sooner! It is EXACTLY what I wanted with incredible quality and less than half the price of what I had seen in Sofology, DFS, sofa.com, SCS and many more where I tried to concince myself to purchase a sofa out of necessity!
The sofa was delivered in week 4 of placing the order and that too speeded up because I requested for a special occasion coming up. The delivery guys were on time and assembled quickly. They did leave the packaging but Gemma swiftly sorted for it all to be collected the next day.
I am recommending to everyone who needs/wants a sofa!

We are using the brand for our serviced accommodations, and the comfort of the sofa beds is unbeatable, the sales team are there for you at all times and the delivery is the best I've seen! We feel lucky to have found them after so many dreadful experiences with other brands!

Really impressed with the quality of my sofas at such a cheap price, these really feel like they will last for many years unlike alot of modern sofas. They are so well made and loved having such a huge range of fabrics to choose from. Arrived sooner than expected and fantastic service at delivery with all the unpacking done for me, legs attached and all the packaging taken away.

What an absolutely phenomenal experience dealing with Furniture story! Having had some really bad experiences with other big brand companies, it was such a relief dealing with Furniture Story. Always helpful, kept us in the loop at all times, and managed our expectations wonderfully!

They even delivered a week before the scheduled date, and doing the unpacking and settling in was an added and unexpected bonus!

We need a sofa urgently so we called Furniture story to see if there is a showroom so we can see and feel the sofa that we found online.

The company is such a pleasure to deal with throughout: Gemma from customer service was very polite and helpful since the start: she liaised with the warehouse manager and organised a viewing time that suit us; the warehouse staff was friendly, he explained and showed us the sofa; the delivery staffs worked carefully not to damage anything and worked really hard to move and squeeze the sofa through doors into my living room on 1F - they even removed the sofa legs and put them back!

The sofa is really comfy and the quality is really good; on top of that: the delivery time is less than 4 weeks!

We ordered a lovely sofa from Furniture Story to arrive before Christmas and the company was a delight to deal with right from the initial contact.

We chose the style, colour and material from their easy to navigate website and was given a delivery date. A few days before delivery we agreed on a time in the evening and they were very punctual.

The guys, Bartosz and Raf, were able to navigate a tricky bend in the stairway to get the sofa to the first floor. Once everything was unpacked they quickly and professionally put the sofa together in the living room and removed all of the packaging material as well as took away our old sofa.

Both Bartosz and Raf were courteous and professional which reflected the entire process from ordering to delivery.
