Amazing sofa and personal service!
Amazing service! From start to finish it couldn’t of been any better. I found there site and saw the Bella corner sofa bed which was perfect for me, they had a vast selection of fabrics so I could pick the right colour for me. I did have a few questions before I ordered, they were so quick to get back to me. Once I placed the order they got in touch to arrange delivery, it was so much faster that I thought it would be. The delivery team were lovely and friendly, I paid bit more for them to assemble it for me, which was great help and they positioned it for me, nothing was to much trouble for them. Overall it was great, they have such a personal approach, not like the other retailers I dealt with in the past. The sofa itself is great quality, I’ve had a few weeks now and no issues. I was bit wary of the multi functional sofa beds as sometimes the hardware can be bit flimsy, but not this sofa the parts solid. My in-laws have slept on this a few times now and no complaints! They says its a great improvement from my last sofa. Thanks again to the team at furniture story!!
